   A high-level gastronomic experience. The recipes are very refined with a clear focus on flavors, where everything that accompanies the main product is there to enhance it without embellishments.

Every dish showcased the highest quality ingredients, prepared with extraordinary skill and attention to detail. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the presentation was stunning, and you could feel the passion and precision behind every plate.    The reviews were spot on, my dinner was AMAZING! I had to try the tasting menu and it did not disappoint one bit! A wealth of delicious flavors, cozy intimate atmosphere, and personal touch from the owners and staff made this a truly memorable experience. The "Chef's Table" experience was top notch and totally worth it. The caviar course blew me away! When I am back in town, I will definitely be back for more. Thank you for being the highlight of my vacation!

   I'm a foodie--and I promise you will not be disappointed with this restaurant. It's one of the best in all of Miami. The meals are an insanely creative spin on traditional Japanese food. For dessert last time I was there (which is often!) I had a caramel fish sauce on tamarind cake and it was out of this world. Kojin also has a fun vinyl night at least once a week--great sounds but the music (gratefully!) does not overpower your conversation. The restaurant is chilly though--so bring a sweater or jacket!

   Do the tasting menu! Food is amazing and the atmosphere was great. Upscale, but casual. And, they were playing some pretty good old school hip-hop and R&B in the background. Not too loud, though. This will be one of my new “go-to” spots.

   We tried almost everything on the brunch menu. Delicious food, great service. I especially liked the crudo, and the short rib. The bread in the Avocado toast and chile eggs were a little soggy, but that’s just me being ultra critical, it was packed with flavor too.

   We enjoyed the largest tasting menu Kojin had to offer; we wanted to try everything. We din out a lot and often choose prefix as we love to experience the chef's choice. We had10-12 courses with 50% being either overly salted or covered in cream/butter which deferred from the protein or vegetables natural flavors. We particularly enjoyed the wagyu and small bites at the beginning; did not enjoy the beef tartar, grain course or chicken course. Disappointing by the glass wine list and absent zero proof beverage list, which was disappointing. The waitress was polite and knew the dishes well.
