Building on the success of the chefs' first restaurant which entered the Michelin Guide for two consecutive years, Kojin aims to serve guests the highest-quality ingredients at their peak seasonality and freshness, whether that means sourcing produce from local Florida farmers or importing ingredients from Japan.

The service was pretty slow which was a surprise since we were the only table dining in the entire restaurant. The food was ok, the bread wasn’t great the pork crisps were overly salty, half of the steak pieces on the plate were just fat which was a shame bc the actual steak was great they should have just brought out half of it) they brought out another sparking water without checking (we had finished our meal), the one piece of fish sorbet felt more like a tasting menu item so it could have been mentioned that it wasn’t shareable amongst four people, the one plus side was the place was very cutely decorated(except the doors out front, those should be cleaned!! It was the first thing I noticed from the entrance was how dirty they looked :( the sake drink was soo good!! Also the maitake was pretty good, sadly I wouldn’t give it another try there were just too many misses for me :(

Great spot for a date night. A la cart menu has a fresh catch that we both ordered and it was delicious! Nice to see that they offered options for non-meat eaters. Attentive service and a nice environment that wasn't loud, so that we could actually have a conversation :)
