Our server was nice but her service was very slow. The food was disgusting. One pot of chicken broth that the servers add to all the dishes once the food is ready. The duck was not cleaned, still had bones in it. Noodles were angel hair pasta. The salad tasted like the veggies were not washed.
Delicious!! So happy to have made a reservation for dinner :)
All was good, nothing spectacular, server was very good just sat too many tables at once
Recent 100% opening capacity and Hotel was busy on the weekend. Like most venues think a slight staff shortage has reduced choices for selection but overall was something for everyone just limited selections. Quality of the food was outstanding so what they did have they did well. Ambiance a 4 only because no real theme inside that was noticeable ie was a an average, clean looking interior but nothing special or geared towards an intimate dinner . Staffing shortage again reasoning behind the 4 on service. They were attentive but frankly overworked with probably more tables than they are used to. Very enjoyable experience but even though the special occasion was identified in the reservation nothing was done or mentioned other than what every other gues would have received. Polite and efficient but no special welcome or congradulations. Our table was ready on time which was a plus.
Amazing food and service will definitely be back again
I have been here quite a few times and everything has been great, no complaints!
My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate our one year anniversary. The food was amazing and our waitress was very friendly and polite. Our food came out it a timely manner and was delicious. We did experience a very noisy and rude women at the table next to us. We were also placed at the table closet to the bathroom even though other seats were available. Despite that, the dining experience was great and I would recommend trying!
This was our 2nd visit in 3 days. The food on both occasions was fantastic. I had the Shrimp and Asparagus, he had the Mongolian Chicken. Fresh, flavorful and delicious. The customer service was excellent. We would definitely recommend.
We always begin with the lettuce wraps. Because of the pandemic they no longer start you out with the crispy noodles and dipping sauce, we miss that.
Dinner is always exceptional and we have enough for lunch the next day.
Can't wait to go back.
Service was very slow. We were never asked if we wanted drinks. We were given water and took 10 min to ask for a refill. The food was OK. The lo mein was mediocre in flavor. The crab Rangoon was good but pork dumplings tasted and looked identical to the ones we buy at Walmart. Nothing special.
Overall ok , but a little bit disappointing. For this level of hotel my expectations were higher .
Second time at Koi, awesome food and great service!
The service was outstanding as they were very busy and took care of us well. The food is excellent and fairly priced. Recommend reservations as the get busy
The first time in my life I ever sent a meal back. I was provided with a large plate of roasted duck and it was literally a plate of bones, I have ordered duck many times throughout my life whereas the presentation has always been great. This literally looked like the scrap bowl…after two attempts to find meat with no bones I gave up. The service, however, was fantastic and they quickly removed the plate and refunded us. Although my husbands mesl was good, we will never go back.
Excellent food! Great service! Highly recommend dining here-reservations recommended
The only real complaint here is the ambiance. It seemed more like a cafeteria then fine dining.
This is just start up time at the casino where things are coming back to normal so to speak. KOI used to be the best place for oriental food in Western New York. Pad Thai was the best in area.
Sushi still good.
Koi is a very nice resturant at Casino Niagara, the phad thai is excellent, chicken spring rolls nice and fresh and have that great fried taste, and the Penang chicken is excellent
Food is always excellent! Great staff, very friendly and attentive. Just bring a jacket it’s chilly in there!
Great food and good service
The servers were excellent and as always the food was marvelous!
They didn’t do anything for birthdays. Not even wish a happy birthday. Portions were terrible for what they charge. Service was good but that’s about it.
We dined here for our anniversary. We were hoping to be able to order sushi; however, we were not provided sushi menus upon seating. When we asked about it, our server said that it was not available that night. It was a Saturday evening and in the middle of dinner rush so we were very disappointed. Our server was quite abrupt almost to the point of being rude. She never introduced herself, didn’t ask if we wanted anything to drink or if we had any questions about the menu. The margarita my husband ordered was made with a sweet and sour mix and tasted like it came from a pre-made batch which was disappointing considering the price and location, and was loaded down with so much ice it became watered down almost immediately. The stir fry dish was so loaded with oil that it separated from the rest of the sauce which had congealed in the middle of the dish. It had decent flavor but didn’t seem like anything more spectacular than what we could make at home.
The food was really delicious, just in small portions.
Really enjoyed our dinner service was excellent . Food was very good
Food and service was great! Definitely recommend. Our children loved their food and they are quite picky eaters. Lol.
Just returned from a 3 night Seneca Niagara Resort stay. KOI has always been a favorite dining experience - but unlike previous times this May Wedding Anniversary trip experience was unfortunately less than favorable. We looked forward to another great dinner & the happy friendly outgoing KOI staff & the great service - but not this time. Upon arrival we gave the usual name & reservation details. There was no usual "Welcome to KOI" what seating do you prefer - is this a special day, etc?. With not one word spoken - we were ushered to a mid-floor table - no usual enjoy you dinner - then our server appeared - took our orders and the next time we saw that person was when presented with the check. In all fairness - KOI did have our on-time dinner reservation correct, our seating & the quality of food was adequate but the staff service was lacking - it appeared to be an unhappy KOI staff - maybe a result of staff turn-over. However the following evening we had dinner a the Western Door Restaurant - what a major difference - everything was excellent - that staff was outstanding. Despite our recent Koi experience - we will give it another try on our next Seneca Niagara stay.
The food was outstanding. We had a seafood dish, a steak dish and a chicken dish along with seafood fried rice and broccoli. Everyone enjoyed their food and the service was very good! We will be back!!
We love KOI we eat there every trip to Seneca Niagara Casino. The food is outstanding 👍👍
The KOi Restaurant was awesome!"The King Crab with garlic & chives was very tasty!"I will make this place a regular stop for dinner.
Service was great ! Drinks wonderful. Food was good , nothing special. Menu wasn’t what we expected . Nothing over the top.
Our meal was Delicious. We ordered sushi and it was some of the best I have ever had. Portions were also very generous...my husband and I split 2 entree's and it was perfect. Food was hot, fresh and very tasty. We will definitely be back!
It took three tries to book this dinner sucessfully. I am glad we kept trying. The food was just exquisite. We ordered the phad thai, deep fried squid, and the mooshu pork and for dessert we had the mango ice cream. Our favorite was the squid- best appetizer ever! This place is highly recommended.
How do you run out of rice at an Asian restaurant?!
Both of our meals were room temperature. Only thing that was hot was the rice and side order of green beans. Waitress seamed not to know much. She took a drink order and came back with bourbon with almost all the ice melted. Food was basically flavorless.
Chef's "special" prawns, described as hot peppers. served with shell on, not cut open, had to peal with your hands and the peppers were bland.
Very disappointing all around.
Thank you for serving delicious food and the servers were so polite. Our appetizers to the main dinner was beautiful on plate and so enjoyable.
the host was very friendly and funny. made the entrance very enjoyable.
The food and service was very good. It is best to make reservations.
Food was excellent. service slow. Nice friendly server. Quiet and would return.
