Terrible service, food way downhill
It was a birthday dinner. Everything was great
Our waiter Mikey did an excellent job! He was very attentive and his suggestions are a great!
En general todo bien, aunque olvidaron hacer uno de los platos que pedimos y tuvimos que pedir otro y eso les tomó una eternidad. La atención es buena y la comida muy buena. Por el precio la atención debería ser mejor.
The portions were very small and food was not worth the price.
It really doesn’t take much to satisfy us with sushi, but this was really not good… especially for $100/person for just a few rolls. We had high hopes for this restaurant after reading so many good reviews. Service was great. We arrived early for our reservation which ended up being before they actually opened, they could’ve told us to leave and come back but they welcomed us to sit and wait in the lobby area. We only had a few days in the city and were really looking forward to a higher end sushi dinner, sadly this didn’t do it for us at all.
Did was sub par, even before considering the price. At that price there are tons of better places.
The miso glazed cod had no flavor and was bland - we told the waiter and nothing was done which was disappointing
We had an amazing dinner - Mikey was great!
We had an amazing time! Food was amazing, great service, nice ambience. Yummy! We would definitely come back!
I've had better sushi for half the price at my local Japanese restaurant. The Dragon Roll was filled primarily with Panko.
Great service. The wait staff was great. Good was excellent.
Great meals (Asian Salmon and Lobster tacos). Excellent service. Just a little pricey for what we ordered.
They gave us a table for 4 for 6 people. Then piled up food even if no more room on the table.
Service not attentive
They forgot our second drink
Overly crowded, no room to breathe or even stretch an arm, too loud to have simple conversation. Overall, not a good experience.
We loved the food and the waitress was wonderful. She spoke Japanese to us when I told her my husband speaks it. She was super fun and a great lunch.
Very worth it.
My sons first time to New York
Koi remains my mid-town go-to for amazing food and service!
The food was just increíble and great attention
Fish was not fresh. Sauce tastes like grocery store.
We loved this restaurant! Absolutely amazing! The service was great and the food was phenomenal.
Koi refused to acknowledge my reservation, even after being shown the OpenTable confirmation.
Awesome. Food and service were amazing.
very good experience and excellent service. food was very good but a little pricey
Outstanding! Thank you!
We had dinner here after getting into the city late on a Friday night. We had a tired five year old for a 10pm dinner seating, so I was a little worried. But the restaurant and waitstaff were amazing! We were seated right away in a quiet booth (away from some of the rowdier diners wrapping up a Friday night dinner) which we greatly appreciated. Our waitress got a chopstick helper piece for my daughter so she could eat her potstickers with chopsticks - she was delighted! Food - coby potstickers, roasted sea bass, and glazed green beans - were all delicious.
Hip and cool restaurant near Bryant Park. Loved the vibe and delicious food!
We had the sea bass and salmon for dinner and it was excellent.
Birthday dinner very nice
Amazing service. Great food, and great vibes. Good for any occasion. The service was phenomenal!
All the sushi choices were great with excellent service! I would go back again when I am in New York!
Been to Koi many times but unfortunately this time food was bland and unimpressive. Service was excellent. Would not go back.
Another excellent eating experience. Bea was great taking care of us. Appreciate if the Edamame Dumpling could come back. Always the best!
The food was delicious! They were accommodating to our gluten free requests! We look forward to coming back!
The food at Koi is always exceptional I could eat there everyday
Close to 5 star food.
The Northern Light was heaven!!
All the sushi was very good.
