Food was good. Enjoyed if. It’s my third time going there and each time I find the staff to be annoying. So good food. Annoying staff consistently.
overpriced. If not for the location, this restaurant would not make it.
Went for an anniversary dinner. Got there on time and had to wait 30 min for our table. We were smushed in the very front corner of the restaurant (had to move the table to get in an out of the seats it was so tight!!) With that being said, the service was very attentive and cautious of allergies / intolerances. The food was very good, but the meal was slightly rushed and check was placed on our table fairly quickly, a little too rushed.
Great food. Friendly and reliable service
Delicious food and attentive service 🙌🏼
The meal was wonderful. Service was gentle. The ambiance was noisy.
Koi is always amazing and a must do in NYC. Not the trendy 'it' place but, for over 15 years we don't visit Manhattan without visiting Koi.
Koi never disappoints -- we are regulars. My husband loves the lychee martini, and we never start a meal without the Spicy Tuna over crispy rice.
Delicious food great menu and fast and attentive service. Perfect evening!
Food was delish. Service was gruff and rushed and didn’t match the quality of food. Disappointing.
Very nice meal. The starters and entrees were very nice. Add to your list!
sushi was not good. table next to us also sent back their sushi
We went for my birthday dinner on a Saturday night. They seated us right away (we had reservations). Service was very fast and the food was really good! My favorite was the sushi tacos- the best I’ve ever had!
Everything we ordered was delicious. However food was very pricey especially for small portion size. But if you are willing to splurge you won’t be disappointed in your meal
Good food, fun location. Try the crispy rice, that was the highlight of the meal!!
The rolls were delicious
My favorite place to go with family for lunch
First time here. And it was great. Food, service excellent.
We loved it!
Noise level, was beyond energetic. I had to shout to my work colleague across the table - having conversation was pretty much impossible. Food was great, but I wouldnt go here again for a 1+1 dinner
Had a 7:30 reservation. Showed up at 7:36 and was sat down at 8:08. No one cared. Was told to stand in a corner and wait. Won’t be back
We had to wait 45 minutes
Excellent! This was our second visit. We will be returning!
Last time at Koi, like 6-7 years ago it was awsome, but today the facade is the same, and the price, but the standard of the food really low.
Please don't waste your time or money coming here, service was slow and it's extremely loud ambiance, food isn't worth it and very pricey for the quality...
best ever.. a favorite . freshest food.. beautiful presentation.. great service..always takes resrvations on time.. doesn't get better than this!!!
Love everything about this place.
Too noisy, the Food too spicy, the nigiri with the fish so fat and the staff is insistent and agresive. There no was Space in our table too close tó other guests.
One of our favorite places in NYC. Each dish was amazing. Service was great. Drinks and food came out promptly and fabulous
Food was fabulous, servuce was great and the restaurant is beautiful!
The atmosphere was nice. Our server was good. We had several glasses of white wine (La Crema) The pours were small and not inexpensive. The food was average. We had the Black Cod. The piece was small and thin for $42 it was not worth it. We had one roll the double tuna and again it was ok. Koi is in a nice location but there are much better places to get Seafood/Sushi in the area. We won’t be returning
Fab ad always!
We had a great dinner having wonderful Asian inspired dishes that were made to perfection. Sushi rolls, crispy rice, salmon, Korean beef and deserts , were all outstanding! Service is very efficient and food served and removed very fast. We love the place and strongly recommended this beautiful restaurant that is located at the Bryant Park Hotel
Excellent as always. We never miss an opportunity while on NY to enjoy crispy rice from koi!
The service was amazing, and the food was impeccable.
Waiter not friendly. We were being rushed to leave. Wiped down part of the table while we were still at the table. We were only there for about an hour and 10 mins.
Birthday dinner- love koi and can’t get enough of their northern lights roll
Overall, the foos was fine, nothing special but the ambiance was nice.
