After gaining many years of experience in Japan and then later in multiple Japanese restaurants across America, he decided to open his own restaurant, Koharu.Popular dishes at Koharu include the gindara, which features black cod marinated in miso, soy and spices, as well as coffee gelatin for dessert. Whether guests are stopping by for a quick lunch or relaxing for an extravagant evening, Koharu has the fresh fare to satisfy any appetite.
