Kobé is known for offering its guests a unique Teppanyaki dining experience and doing so with its very own blend of fun and flare at its 12 Central Florida locations. We provide a unique dining experience that offers an exciting and vibrant environment for guests to gather and celebrate over delicious food and drinks. Due to our unique communal seating arrangement at our teppanyaki table, please expect a short wait time with your reservation upon checking in with your complete party. We offer limited online booking availability, with communal seating, for large parties 11-20. Celebrated our son, JJ's 4th birthday on 6/27/25, and we were a party of 11, first time diners. Our server, Antonio, and Teppanyaki Chef, Nori, were very hospitable, friendly, enthusiastic, and engaging. Our 3 kids, aged 4, 5, and 8, enjoyed their very first Teppenyaki experience and it was memorable! Our whole table enjoyed interacting with both Antonio and Nori and will definitely request for them again at our 2nd and consecutive visits.

Romeo was our server and was awesome. The chef, who's name I didn't get, seemed to be in a hurry and didn't care. We placed all the food, veggies, rice and meats on the grill at the same time. The only fire he made was in the middle of the food using the onion rings, nothing else. He was the bigger guy. It's the fastest meal we've ever had and the chef didn't care about cross contamination even though we had a vegetarian in our party. There were kids in the group that were disappointed there was more of a show and fire at the other tables. We come here for the show and good food. Very disappointed with this chef's performance as it was clear he just wanted to be done.

We were staying at Disney but wanted to meet some family members off site so we decided to do Hibachi, one of the best option for a family of 10. When you walk in , there’s plenty of space in the waiting area. The noise level is as what you would expect for this type of restaurant, maybe a little louder. The manager was very accommodating with our request for a corner table where it was a little less noisy (thank you). Service was good and the chef was entertaining. He was very friendly and had good energy. If you’re hungry this is perfect place. The food just keeps coming so there’s no waiting. I can’t speak on the sushi rolls but nigiri I ordered could’ve been a little better. But the focus of dinner was hibachi. I ordered the Land and Sea combo, which was good and very filling. The restroom was clean -which I think speaks for the overall cleanliness of any restaurant. We had a great experience and would be back.

We usually eat at Kobe every time we visit Fl. This time we ate at the one in Kissimmee, what a disappointment! The rice was hard, very small portions. Our sirloin was not seasoned at all. No butter, soy sauce just fried on the grill. Our cook seemed like he went through the motions of cooking at the hibachi grill. No excitement, no frills. We had to ask for refills of shrimp sauce, constantly. The waiter was the best part always refilling our drinks and doing what we needed. We will always book in Celebration... Never making the mistake again.

The service was excellent and the food tasty with was a large serving. Compared to other hibachi steakhouses in the area, Kobe was about 20% higher in cost per person but the food was not 20% better to make up the cost. The restaurant was so very loud and chaotic. This location is also very touristy. We will stick to other local options next time.

We had a great experience @ Kobe West. We were celebrating my birthday and Father's Day. The atmosphere was wonderful. The service staff and Chef Danny were amazing. OMG the food was delicious and perfectly made to order. This place is clean. We would definitely recommend you to visit Kobe for your next party.
