Kobé is known for offering its guests a unique Teppanyaki dining experience and doing so with its very own blend of fun and flare at its 13 Central Florida locations. We provide a unique dining experience that offers an exciting and vibrant environment for guests to gather and celebrate over delicious food and drinks.

Due to our unique communal seating arrangement at our teppanyaki table, please expect a short wait time with your reservation upon checking in with your complete party. We offer limited online booking availability, with communal seating, for large parties 11-20. For large parties requesting a booking outside of online availability, parties 20+, and parties requesting private tables please contact your preferred Kobé location by completing our online inquiry form at https://kobesteakhouse.com/banquets/to reserve through a manager with a banquet menu. We cannot guarantee that reservations booked separately will be sat together.

Our chef and host and hostess were amazing. There were energetic, celebrated our birthdays and had fun with the people at our table. We love the food and will continue to come back!!

We had a special event planned and the super extra delayed service ruined the experience. We have been in most of all the Kobe’s, but at the location that we went to (Kirkman) was completely the opposite. Although we got there 7 mins before our reservation, we got called almost an hour later (by this time we were already eating at another restaurant). In addition, we received a message from the reservation app asking why we missed the reservation.

Due to our unique communal seating arrangement at the Teppanyaki table, our reservations are based on Priority Seating, which will offer you the shortest available wait time when you check in and your party is complete. Our goal is to seat priority seating within a 15 minutes window but sometimes many celebrations stay longer than expected and cause a delay for your party. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

Fantastic service!! The chef at the Hibachi grill was friendly, courteous and extremely entertaining. We had a wonderful family experience.

The food was fantastic, though slightly expensive depending on what you order, it was a solid value and was quite delicious. The restaurant was nice, though the wet floor signs at the entrance were a bit tacky to be left out (the floor was not wet). Not a big deal but not great for photos. The staff were very kind and helpful. They stood out compared to other restaurants I have been to. I cannot express enough how great the food quality was. The sushi was great, the steak was perfect, the chicken was delicious, and the shrimp was fantastic. The fried rice and noodles combo is my favorite with the yum yum sauce. The food is the best you can eat at any hibachi. There were a few issues I had. This was For my birthday party and we had 8 people, 1 infant. For some reason even though they knew the reservation was for my birthday they sad two random strangers at the grill table. Multiple people in my party thought this was Odd. And now we have random people in my birthday photos. Next time I come I would like it to be family and friends only, there shouldn’t be random people sitting with us with a party that large. Hibachi is my favorite food style, Asian food in general is my favorite cuisine. I have been to so many different restaurants. I will also say the chef was one of the more average at best that I’ve experienced at a hibachi restaurant. He has a mask on so it was hard to hear him. He also did not speak clearly which made it even harder. The tricks, entertainment and skills compared to other hibachi chefs was below average. He was also missing a lighter and had to leave for a short time to get one. It did take away from the experience slightly.
