   Food was great, as always. When you put an automatic 18% gratuity on, what incentive is there to provide ANY level of service? It was way too long between sightings of our server to order more drinks. The chef had to call someone over, and they weren’t even our server.

   We had the best time and our waitress Happy and the cook Panda were awesome!!! They made our dinner so fun. It was my daughter’s graduation celebration. It was great!!!

   After waiting 30 minutes with nine people to be seated when no one was in the restaurant, having a reservation at noon and not being at the table till 1230, not eating until after one, and not getting our check until 145 was absolutely ridiculous. I understand Tony the manager was dealing with an Internet issue, but that had nothing to do with us, we were there waiting, and it took forever to get seated and to be served. The food was completely under seasoned not only that I need salt, pepper, and soy but loads of white sauce to even give it flavor, overall this location really needs to step up the Longwood location Altamonte do absolutely fabulous when you make a reservation you get seated within 10 minutes and the food is always season properly. This is my second time going to the Kirkman location and overall it is the worst.

   Good organization. Friendly service. Good was tasty for hibach. Problem is they cook rice then veggies then pasta then meat b by the time you get to the meat everything else is cold so you don’t get to eat it altogether. I prefer to have my food all served at the same time but in their style of cooking in Hibachi, they cannot do that well actually they could if they organize themselves better in putting the food out on the grill and prepping it together, but they don’t know how to do that most Hibachi places don’t

   From the moment we walked in we had an amazing experience. We haven’t been to Kobie’s in a while. Our daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday there. We have tons of pictures of when we used to go there when the kids were little for their birthdays. We love to pull them out whenever we go back to Kobe’s to see how young they were and how they’re all grown up and adults now. It was just as good as we remembered. The hostess was friendly, personable and a delightful as was everyone we encountered and or waited or cooked for us, including the bartender before we ate. An extra special, thank you to Grant, who was fantastic. He was friendly, professional, efficient. We have another Kobe‘s picture added to our collection that Grant took for us. Although we do miss the pictures that Kobes used to take. Most of all the food was delicious and the service top notch.

   We went here for Mother’s Day because I wanted Hibabchi. We went to 2 other locations and I made reservation this specific location. We had to wait 30 minutes after arriving, but our waitress and cook made it worth the wait! He was very entertaining and funny!

   Had to wait an hour plus to be seated after my 7:30pm reservation time the prices where almost double for everything on Mother’s Day was seated to eat at around 9pm

    I had reservations for 7:00pm, arrived on time but still have to wait 52minutes to be seated. One of the groups that was at my table paid the hostess to skip the line (that really bothered me) skipping at least 3 families. That same family of 5 stated 1 person would share off the others plate but the chef gave all 5 soup, salad, rice, vegetables & noodles the only thing the chef didn’t give was meat. That means ME the person actually paying received less. I also no longer feel like the food cost is justified. Given they’ve went up on prices, there should be no reason to now be using egg SUBSTITUTE instead of real eggs. The alcoholic drinks are very weak. I had 3 Kobe breezes with a very minimal buzz. The only thing still consistent and good is the “yum yum” sauce.
