   Food was great and restaurant had very nice atmosphere. Quite loud environment, but still a fun night.

   I reached out to the manager by email and received no response. There was a disagreement involving our chef and several other employees including management. It escalated. Our chef was visibly upset and his mood changed soon after beginning to cook for us. He was visibly annoyed and was no longer entertaining. The way my concern was handled was unprofessional. We were told the birthday girl’s meal in our party would be covered, however the receipt did not reflect that and I was not supplied proof that it was. I emailed requesting an itemized receipt with no reply. It was sad as we were celebrating a 21rst birthday in our family and several people requested extra noodles and no vegetables, two people also requested no noodles and rice with extra vegetables- and it was not served. When spending close to $700 on a family celebration, orders should be accurate and the service should be on point. We were disappointed in our experience and further disappointed in the email receiving no reply.

   Toyota was an amazing chef and kept the energy and jokes flowing during our meal and family celebration. Jenny was very friendly and helpful as well!

   Everything was excellent. My only issue is some cooks are not energetic enough like the one I had tonight.. very boring.. also it's a shame they automatically charge you 18% service fee... I don't believe a party of 2 should pay that. It hurts the staff in tips.

   Our chef Yamasa was absolutely amazing! He was very accommodating! Our food was delicious.

   Very pleased with the food and ambience. We chose the private table for 2 this time instead of the show. My husband had sushi and he loved it. My hibachi vegetarian dish was excellent. Highly recommend. Just across the street from our resort.
