We thoroughly enjoyed it. Everyone wore their masks, and groups were six feet apart. They had barriers in place. The food of course is over the top!

Our server was all over the place, took forever. Our chef messed up everyone’s order and my boyfriend barely got a half order of food by the time he was done serving whereas my plate was overflowing and we ordered the same exact thing. Also our steak was over cooked.
Shocked to find out masks were needed to enter. Nothing g noted on website. They gave us masks when we arrived. And was more upset wasn’t informed you charge for masks !!

Our cook did not put on a show at all. Very disappointing but the food was good.

Our service was great and our Chef was amazing! He even cut the meat into tiny bite sized pieces for my disabled little sister without being asked. He was very entertaining and extremely thoughtful!

When we first arrived they said we couldn’t wait inside because we had to have masks, but the confirmation email didn’t say anything about masks. It was my birthday also and they forgot the cupcake and just not a great experience. I normally go to Longwood and they are always really good.

Our experience was amazing! We had Daniel as our waiter and Kenny as our cook at the hibachi table. Quick service and great food! Went there for my birthday. Highly recommend! The manager came over to check if everything was ok as well.

The food was pretty good, but needed salt, we had recently eaten at the Kobe in Longwood and our food there was much more flavorful. And for the amount of money we spent to eat there, $195.00, I would have expected a bit more of a show.

Food was excellent still have trouble spending close to $200 for dinner for 2 and we didnt even order an appetizer or the wagyu beef!
