Came here for Denver's restaurant week 2020. It was a really great meal but it did feel a bit like a hotel restaurant. That's not a ding at all but things like individually packaged crackers placed on the table when you have a really nice bowl of soup with grilled cheese croutons seems a little hotel-ish. The wait staff did a good job and was very personable. All in all the chef does an amazing job!
Bad start at the reception desk, out of the wine on the menu, waitress offered beef and Baileys soup. Huh? You mean barley, right? Oh wait 40 mins for the wrong order. We were pretty aggravated but get a very nice assistant manager who tried to recover with attentive service but we were pretty frustrated by that time.
The bartender was not as tentative as we thought he should be, not just to us but to others waiting for a drink. We had reservations so when we were seated the service changed. Our waiter was great! The food was really good and the charcuterie board was just what we wanted for a pre-snack before dinner.
We will definitely be retuning when in town.
Overall, it’s a pretty good place; nice to have an in hotel restaurant. The booth had debris on the seat from previous diner so it was clear that cleanup was less that complete. Server was friendly but was constantly apologizing for her mistakes. She promised to return to our table with forgotten items, but never did. Overall experience was 3 stars
Arrived for a 2 o’clock reservation and was advised the dining room was closed.
The executive chef is amazing! All of the food was great. The restaurant manager was rude and ineffective. The service for the first part of our visit was awful. He is lucky to have a couple of staff who could turn our initially horrible experience around.
We dined on a Saturday night. I am not usually a fan of hotel restaurants but we enjoyed dining here. There were very few diners, which made for a quiet evening. We had the empanadas, lamb/pasta, short rib and apple pie for dessert. Good food and we had leftovers. Service was great. The restaurant has had problems with accessing/using the opentable reservation system and they could not check us in on arrival (the issue is on the restaurant side, not opentable). I sent a message to opentable to alert them and to make sure I would receive my points. It took an extra day or so but I was credited.
Service was slow. What we wanted to order wasn’t available so they suggested a substitution, it arrived dried out and a bit cold.
Just an average bar/restaurant. Our waitress was outstanding.
Service was great even though there was a shift change mid way through our brunch both servers were extremely attentive. Food was delicious and there were a few unique menu items for brunch, just wish there was a little more to choose from. We didn't take advantage of the bottomless mimosas or bloody Mary's but that is certainly a good deal.
Brought some clients here for lunch and everyone loved everything.
Beautiful new restaurant in the Stapleton area that isn’t a chain (hallelujah!) Lots of Colorado local items, creative sides. You have to try the Brussels sprouts! Inside a hotel but don’t let that scare you, it’s a hidden gem. Dinner service was peaceful and quiet (perfect because I was with a client) but the attached bar was hopping. Best of both worlds. Brunch menu looked outstanding, definitely will be back to try it.

Only five items allowed in the omlete? Spinach, mushrooms, onions, cheese and ham. Sorry, you can't have peppers, tomatoes etc. I guess the chief can only count to 5.
Anyway, Constance was a sweetheart and tried to confort my wife who was having separation anxiety leaving our daughter and friends after the wedding of daughter and wife's best best friends of 30+ years.
I ordered my burger medium rare; it was decidedly medium.
My partner had the ribs which were very fatty.
The staff was amiable and attentive
Food very fresh and well prepared. Had the seasonal pickled vegie appetizer, very colorful and flavorful. Plus the flash fried Brussels- Outstanding. Wife had the roasted chicken with vegetable, very moist and amazing. I had the roasted whole fish with Brussel Sprouts, Superb. Seasonal dessert cheesecake with fresh chocolate, outstanding. Highly recommend. The bar has a great local variety of craft beers too. Very fun.
