Great selection of meats and wines. Service was fast and friendly. They made a table presentation of the cuts of meats available (a cart) with chef's recommendations. All meats are cooked using wood only. Seafood is obviously available; however, we came for the beef. This is kind of "contemporary" steakhouse without tablecloth nor uniformed staff. Location is fantastic. Main restaurant is on the 4th floor, well decorated, spacious and a relaxed ambiance. The 6th floor bar serves cocktails and tapas (including a mini menu). The daily happy hour 4:00-6:00 PM with the water views is great. For a memorable experience budget $ 250-300 per person. The place is fantastic for celebrations and business dinner meetings. We celebrated our wedding anniversary. The staff presented us with a handwritten note and a complementary dessert. Nice touch!

Food is great - came out too cold though so had to be sent back. Waitress had a bad attitude, seemed irritated when we asked questions. She got mad at another server, shaking her head and huffing and puffing. Def in the wrong job. DMV may be more appropriate. Rest was great.

The food was exceptional, but the overall experience didn’t match the price. Let me start by saying this: the food was absolutely wonderful. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. If I were rating on taste alone, this would be a five-star review. But unfortunately, everything surrounding the food fell short. Service was polite, but far from polished. Our server made a noticeable mistake, one that affected the flow of our evening. While the restaurant did comp us for the issue (and I do appreciate that gesture), it didn’t undo the fact that the dinner stretched to nearly three hours with long gaps between courses. For a meal that cost us over $1,000, that’s not what I’d expect. The atmosphere left even more to be desired. The music playing throughout the night sounded like something out of a dated hotel lobby, totally at odds with the restaurant’s upscale menu and pricing. The noise level was high, with guests openly FaceTiming and watching videos at their tables. There was no sense of ambiance or management presence, and no dress code enforcement, guests in hoodies and gym shorts were seated around us while we were paying $250 for a steak. And for that price? There weren’t even tablecloths. We came for a special Mother’s Day celebration, hoping for an elegant, memorable experience. The food delivered, but the atmosphere and service didn’t even come close. I hope the restaurant can match its culinary excellence with a more refined and attentive front-of-house experience in the future.

Klaw…do not be misguided by name. Drinks and appetizers were amazing. They did not have any king crab legs because they are off season. They had stone crab claws from Bahamas which are off season as well so probably frozen. They offer a variety of steaks but did not have the Firecrackers which is one of the reasons we went. The steak came out room temperature. Unlikely we go back. Service was slow. Overrated
