The menu is a love letter to the two Japanese traditions of ramen and sushi. In fact, the name Kizuna is derived from a Japanese concept meaning strong emotional bonds. In this case, the bond between people and also between people and the food they love. The sushi menu has a large selection of nigiri, including shrimp, tuna, salmon, octopus and tobiko. The signature Kizuna ramen has three slices of pork belly, charred garlic oil, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, toasted nori and half a hanjuku egg.

Food is always good with great service for a family with three kids
We were celebrating my son’s return from college for spring break. We had lots of sushi and about 5 different appetizers and ramen. All were delicious and excellent. For dessert we shared tempura fried cheesecake. Yummmmmy

Upper management / ownership was very attentive and kind to us on a valentines dinner. The experience was personal and more than made up for the young waiting staff.
Great food, but the sushi bar was backed up. One of our meals arrived 30 minutes after the others. A warning from the wait staff would have been appreciated. We would have changed our order. Paying $200 plus tip for four people we expected more.
Had dinner at Kizuna and this it was a great experience. Food was served fast and hot. Wait staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will visit again soon.
I LOVE Kizuna! I love the owners who now know my family and stop by when we dine there. This is soooo unique in Tyson’s and I want them here forever. It was a crowded Valentines night so I will give them a pass on that. But they got our order wrong, and the servers were a bit overwhelmed. Again, I love Kizuna! I want a bit more atmosphere though. Lights a bit lower at dinner. Not too low however. There are many families there, but work a bit more on the atmosphere, bc the food is great.
Always outstanding! Super fresh fish with nice size portions. My most favorite ramen and I have visited Japan 8 times in the last 2 years. Friendly ownership and staff! Don't go and make it to busy for me!

I heard the ramen was good. Unfortunately I could not try it as they were all meat based. There were not a ton of vegetarian options so I just did the veggy curry and it was ok. It needed a little more spice, it was a bit bland.
The food was delicious, fresh and flavorful. The service was wonderful, the staff was very friendly and attentive. My husband and I will definitely be going back for sure.

We love to come here for a special occasion or date night! It's also affordable, you can get a meal for $15-20 per person, so that's a good deal. Delicious ramen & great sushi!

very good ramen and sushi seemed like grade A fish? really very good. one of the freshest Sushi orders I've had in DC metro area. Ramen was excellent as advertised. Service was a tiny bit slow but worth it. One of the better restaurants I've been to in the DMV

Came a bit earlier than my reservation time which was at 5pm. Came around 4pm but had called prior to make sure that there would be a table available before doing so. The guy I spoke to assured me it would be fine. The food is incredible as the quality is def there. Ever since I had Ramen during my travels to Japan I've been searching for a good option that's close to home and I found it. Definitely come here for a visit. You wont regret it.

Service could have been better. Sushi was ok. They did not even mention any of the Happy Hour specials. I will probably go back to try other non-sushi items again.
