Great experience on the roof top for dinner! Food was excellent and the cocktails were delicious. Fast service. Jordan gave great service!

Kix is a good restaurant never had a bad meal there. Food‘s always hot and served away by problem. I might say as they serve my wife’s dinner first at about six minutes later I get my dinner they don’t bring them up at the same time but that’s fine. The food is very good there.

We usually love Kix but it just wasn’t great this time. The menu has been the same for 4 years (we come every six months or so from out of town). The chicken french was just meh and not a great value at $28 with 3 pieces of asparagus as the side. The no substitution policy is also frustrating. We would’ve likely gotten the steak special if we could have taken off the foie gras. Kix does always have a great bar menu and clean draft beer lines.

service was attentive from our server. But the host just pointed at a table and said you are over there. It was a table for 4 and we were only 2 - but they had one place set so that the diner would be right by the kitchen exit. Servers would have been bumping into that seat. I said to the host when he followed us over to the table, can we just move that place setting to the other side of the table - he said "sure" and just walked away and we had to move the place setting and the salt, pepper, etc. It's a small thing I know but it felt very rude. He should have moved that place setting

Great food although the portions are huge. Love the decor and atmosphere. There is a nice selection of bourbon also. Really glad we tried this place
