It is open air seating and very hot for dinner (early June). Two small fans faced one other area.

Alan was a great server. Got a tour of the kombucha lab and an explanation of how they they make the juju and some of their infused libations…very nice

The food is amazing - really delicious and I'm a natural foods snob. The wait staff was so attentive and we got hearts on our to go boxes. Thank you for a great experience. We'll be back!

Overall - everything was great - always love Kitchen. Shrimp app was delicious - tomato app had the best hummus I’ve ever had in my life! Bread - awesome! Mussels - delish! On the critical side - I do know taste buds differ - but neither of us could eat the mashed plantains and cheese - plus - the French fries waaaaaaay too salty - not edible (and I like salt) - and caramel pudding - I asked if “tastes like goat cheese”? - which I don’t like - waiter said “no” - but was very goatie tasting. Despite all that -we love this place, a foodie gem in San Jose - the people are great - service is perfect - one of our favorite places.

We love the kitchen and we had another lovely dinner with our 5 friends. The service and atmosphere are top of the line. We are starting to see some limitations on the menu as it is on the small side. We would love to see a couple additions to the entrées, another fish, a chicken option, seafood.... this would go a long way for frequent flyers like ourselves

Love this little gem tucked around the corner in an open air setting which once was a schoolhouse. Mango tree is growing above, very cool music shapes the ambiance and candles on all the tables makes it a welcoming destination. Our Aperol Spritzes were first on the agenda and were perfectly refreshing. I ordered the seafood paella which took me back to Lisbon! It was so flavorful and the shrimp were tender and delicious. My husband ordered the mussels without gorgonzola and they made it to order with a delicious broth. The sourdough was from a starter 972 days old and was beautifully presented with sea salt crystals and a roll of butter on the cutting board. We were most impressed by the authentic and healthy fare which will have us returning on our visit to Cabo! Thank you Kitchen Chef's!! Excellente!!
