Our restaurant offers French and British cuisine with a modern touch, offering traditional dishes as Sunday roasts, confit garlic, Yorkshire puddings; Corned beef; Roast Spatchcock cooked two ways; Chef’s homemade pie and Golden Crispy Pork Belly plus Jamie’s signature dessert like his Rocky Road brownie.
Kitchen by Jamie is “ home cooking with a restaurant twist” we offer simple dishes, done right. From burgers, healthy salads and silky mash to duck steamed buns with plum sauce, sesame seeds & mint, Fish & Chips with homemade tartare sauce & hand cut chips, Crispy pork belly with cabbage salsa & slaw and 300gr Sirloin on the bone with sautéed garlic & spinach.
Before moving to Australia, Jamie was trained by michelin starred chefs in London & Edinburgh and in Sydney he worked at Balzac with Mathew Kemp and at Glass Brasserie in the CBD. Jamie’s passion for food is his drive, he loves cooking!
