   The chicken was very salty, with the waffles. The service was great, a little costly for green tomatoes, somebody is jealous in the kitchen, it was salty too.

   This was a nice spot for brunch it drinks! The seating was nice. It stayed crowded when we visited on a Sunday afternoon. The drinks were pretty and good! As well as the food. The egg rolls have mac n cheese, greens, and yams! So good!!!

   Great food! Staff is nice! Music is great. Saturdays are petty busy though, as with most places in the city

   Was our first time at the restaurant. Did have a reservation and was sat right away which was awesome for Dallas. The server was great, fast and helpful. Got our water and drink pretty quick. Food was pretty good, however apps were delivered without silverware, waited 5 min. Then the main course came out and the busser had taken the silverware, so we waited again for silverware. Then ordered dessert, came out without the ice cream and then of course.. no silverware. The poor waitress was trying her best, but it was a mad house. Might give this place a try again but definitely an experience.

   5 stars for the Food quality, serving size, and service. Two stars for the value of cocktails. $19 for a very small martini glass is steep and made up a good portion of the specialty cocktail menu. We ordered the Chicken fried chicken and it was tender and seasoned well. Also had the Cajun creme pasta and it was excellent and the sauce was unexpectedly light and full of flavor. Although the fried crab leg on top was awkward to maneuver and difficult to get into since it had fried seasoning on it. Kind of a greasy mess! Our waiter was J Washington and he was friendly, attentive and helpful. I would go again, just not have a cocktail.

    I booked a reservation for a birthday dinner. The service was extremely slow. We waited an hour before getting appetizers and had to ask to put a drink order in. One entree didn't arrive until about 20 mins after all the others, and a side dish ordered was completely forgotten. There was nothing special done for the birthday(dessert, drink, etc.) Then to top it off, we were asked to leave our table to make room for more guests. Most of the food was good, drinks were definitely overpriced. I wouldn't return.
