   The food, ambiance & host was a vibe!! Everything was good. Our party ordered: Shrimp & grits & lobster tail Deviled eggs & shrimp Fried green tomatoes Country fried chicken Lobster Mac & cheese A few drinks I can’t remember Everything was berry tasteful!! 10+ rating. It’s a little pricy but it was all worth it 🤤🤤

   It took a bit to get a waiter to take our drink order. Then it took longer for him to come take the order. After taking the order he came back to verify protein requested on a salad. The food arrived very late, I believe near 45 minutes+ to get our food. The food was decent however. On top of the food taking forever, the automatically charged 20% for tip. There were only 3 people in the party. If I was not pressed for time I would have asked for the manager. I do not recommend this place and will not be going back.

   Our reservation was right after they had opened, so the wait for a table, food, and/or drinks came with no long wait. Food came out fresh & hot. Delicious 😋! Would come back whenever we're in town

   We had a reservation for 8:45 we showed up 25 min early and didn’t receive a table for 3.5 hours the customer service was horrible we didn’t even have a waiter/waitress when we ordered the food they brung the steak for the salad not well done as we ordered We received our food as we were ready to leave and the lady that served us was rude when we complained about it being a very long wait time Worse 1st experience WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NOT PATRONIZE EITHER

   Had reservations but still ended up waiting 40/45 minutes… Staff was pleasant and friendly.. Food and drinks were an A+ definitely worth the wait… I would recommend this restaurant !! Heart of downtown-I love this for us : )

    It’s honestly like a typical restaurant..guess because it’s downtown it’s over priced…the food was to high based off everything you have to pay for separately meaning sides. It don’t matter if you have the money to spend it’s just completely overpriced!!!! Give it another year and no one would really go here!!

    Reservation was at 8:45pm. We weren’t seated until after 9:15pm. When I asked the hostess why the wait was so long with reservations, she replied that there are people with reservations who have been waiting for hours, as if that’s okay or normal. I would suggest revamping reservations to be more realistic. They would set a 2 hour limit on tables or simply take reservations. The decor was cute, but the tables were entirely too close together. Drinks were good. Food was overpriced. Waitress was awful. After finally being seated, there wasn’t a menu on our table. The waitress told us she’d bring us one. She never did. I ended up asking the party next to us to borrow theirs. I would not recommend, unless they redo their model.

    The food was great a little over priced for the amount of food you get . I was highly disappointed in the frozen bottle drinks tasted like pure sugar no alcohol.

    The hostess was very nice. She greeted us and asked preference of seating and sat us immediately. The server then came over and she was very nice as well. Giving recommendations on food and drinks. Asking us what we like and then providing the recommendations. The food was great and you get a nice portion. I had left overs. The music was also nice. Not too loud and the playlist was definitely my type of music. Overall, I can’t wait to come back. Especially for brunch

    This was my second time coming to kitchen and koctails and I loved it! The vibe the music the food drinks the service was exceptional! I’m thinking of making this my new Sunday brunch spot and I live in Milwaukee Wisconsin! I definitely will be visiting again soon!

    This was my and two friends' first visit to celebrate a birthday. First - I have never had my purse checked at a restaurant like I was entering a concert. Our food was under and overcooked so we had to return it to the kitchen. The server tried to make it a good experience but then brought us cheap plastic cutlery... Made us wonder what type of establishment doesn't have cutlery. She went back and eventually found real cutlery. Noticed the size of the sides - so small it was laughable. The prices were high even for downtown. Most downtown restaurants make your experience so good you want to return, but this was not the case. This was more like a party scene with expensive drinks and moderate food, but the music was good.

    A great time! Our server wasn’t the best. The vibe was amazing! The food was delicious! The service getting checked in was great and organized as well. My only complaint is the table service we received with our meal. They also automatically charge you for the tip. My waitress received $23 for nothing, I literally had to flag her down for a refill, napkins and our bills! She never even came back to ask how the food turned out or if we needed anything. If you don’t get Jocelyn you will love this place, and I still loved it even with the mishap!

    I had a 8pm reservation and the valet up front was awesome! I was greeted promptly but being that it was Friday and the place was packed… I wanted to experience this establishment but it was at capacity. I will just rebook and try a earlier time slot.

    The food was delicious. The greens tasted like it was someone’s grandmother in the back cooking them. The ambiance was great. Drinks were very good and strong. Always a vibe when I go here. Can’t wait to go back.
