   We really enjoyed the restaurant. Service was impeccable. I don’t remember our server’s name, but he was new to Charlotte. He was very personable and gave great food recommendations. Our drinks were great. I would come back for another visit.

   First time for us yesterday and it was a beautiful experience. Loved the food and DJ even during prom season the place was still accommodating to the crowd who placed reservations.

   This was my 3rd visit at Kitchen & Kocktails The Food was delicious as usual it just took a long time for it to come out this time. Our waitress was friendly and the music was nice just a bit too loud….overall a good dining experience. I’ll definitely visit again.

   Cons: We made reservations and when we got there we had to wait a little for them to figure it out, I wasn’t fond of that. They don’t have actual menus you can hold, it’s a QR code which doesn’t align with how pricey the place is. In order to enjoy their happy hour special you have to physically sit at the bar or else you’re paying full price. They have a strict dress code but a few of the customers didn’t abide by it and were still seated. They don’t honor military and automatically include a 20% gratuity. Pros: I loved the vibe in there, music playing, great customer service and waitress, food was delicious, drink was rich and strong. Presentation was lovely. Waitress checked on us periodically and cleaned the table off as she went. She was knowledgeable of the menu and specials going on. The staff has a great sense of humor. The food was flavored really well, I would prefer my shrimp and grits without the shell but overall my palate was satisfied. And they bring your food out at the right timing, the appetizer doesn’t overlap the entree.

   Food and service was a 10 out of 10. Portions sizes were great, everything was flavorful. Our waitress Brandi was great. We will be back!

    This was my second time at the Charlotte location, and this visit didn’t disappoint. Our server, Cameron, was amazing and made sure we were well taken care of. The store manager also came by to make sure we were having a great experience! The food was delicious, and the drinks were tasty as well!
