The food was good and sides are largely proportioned. for what you have to pay. The appetizers can be more proportion not enough for the price. The wait for the food was an hour entirely too long.

Kitchen was SLOW or lost our order. We waited for nearly 1 1/2 hours to be served. Does not serve beer.

Food was DELICIOUS!! Hands down one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at. Seasoned to perfection and full of flavor. The staff was polite and professional. The only thing I didn't like was the 20% added gratuity to every check regardless of the size of your party(we had 4 ppl in our party. Decor was beautiful! Perfect for date night or grabbing drinks and did with friends.

We arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. The A/C was broken, and although they had AC generators blowing, it was still very hot. Food took an extremely long time to be served.. Our waitress was amazing. She was friendly and provided exceptional service.

We went for Sunday brunch. Amazing food. So delicious. Fried green tomato app was to die for and collards done right! (But no coffee for brunch?) Abysmal service - 2 hours to get food. Repeatedly told it was on way and then told it had been made wrong (our server should have figured out that she had rung it as a to go order after 45 minutes, not after an hour and a half). We understand mistakes can happen, but someone should have been looking out for us and figuring out what had gone wrong a whole lot sooner. Tables around us turned multiple times before we got our food. Mandatory 20% gratuity is not appropriate when the service is so bad. We never complained a single time, but was a little surprised they did not comp the entire expensive meal.

Our server, Gabby, was great. The food was amazing as always. Everyone in the party except me, were new to the Kitchen + Kocktails experience, and it did not disappoint. The only complaint (and I did not share at restaurant) was we had a birthday and I thought they would acknowledge it. I put it in my reservation as well as told my server. They were supposed to bring a card for the birthday person and they typically sing. After letting them know twice previously, I did not bother to continue reminders. Overall, another great experience!

The restaurant was beautiful and the food was amazing. However, it was very pricey. A la cart was majority of the menu, the alcoholic beverages cost double of what they should cost, and we were given plastic utensils to eat with.

our app came out after our entree. when our entrees came out, they were handed to our hands and the plates were super hot. people next to us that go there after us got their food way before us. the food was incredible but for the price paying, i’d expect overall, quality … :/
