Drinks were good, especially the grapefruit cocktail. Food average. Our waitress was very friendly but created a scare for us when she lost our credit card. The kitchen staff found it after 10 minutes of searching.

Great little place with reasonable prices and great atmosphere. The wait staff was super friendly and patio was really nice. We came for brunch, which was good, and plan to return to try the dinner menu.

I was impressed with the decor when we walked in the restaurant . We went to Kichen 56 for lunch and ordered the pulled pork sandwich. The sandwich was delicious. Our waitress was so friendly and helpful with our order.
I have already recommended Kictchen 56 to several of my friends.

Very relaxing. We sat outside on their patio. Delightful. The three of us picked two pizzas to share. Very good. The service was great. We will be back.

The service is good and the staff is friendly. One of the specialties are the Short Ribs and we both enjoyed them.. Excellently tender and flavorful. The patio is lovely on a nice evening.

Great beet salad and short ribs. Pizza tastes good but not cooked enough for us, even when asking for crispy. Very quaint place; nice staff. We'd go back.

Saw on Check Please AZ. Was disappointed. I have NEVER paid $7.50 for a bowl of soup.
I also had the classic pizza. Arrived cool (a little warm) but soggy. Only ONE slice of tomato per slice.
Place was empty. Will NOT return

Spectacular service. Sydney did a phenomenal job waiting on my family. The cocktails and adult lemonade are delicious and the food was just as good. Can't wait to come back.

Burger took a while to cook, but it was delicious. Chicken was cooked to specifications, cookie/ice cream dessert was off the charts. Server was extremely classy and attentive to our needs.

Very large and lively party in the "inside" of the restaurant, but we happily ate outside. Little water fall nearby. Beet salad and hamburger were delicious. Fries not quite crisp enough but good. Server was particularly noteworthy: upbeat, chatty, attentive, and efficient.

Kitchen 56 is a fun little neighborhood gem if you live in the Arcadia area. The service is great, they have a great choice of cocktails, and it's overall just a good place to take that special someone.

P.S. Jessica is a essential part of that wait staff.

I remember this place in its former Configuration as an Enco gas station when I was a kid growing up in Arcadia. What they have transformed it into is as a restaurant is amazing! The food is quite tasty. You have to get the chips and sour Creme dip for a starter. KILLER! I had the Ahi Teriyaki and my wife had the salmon. We both agreed the Ahi was the superior dish. This is a great little neighborhood place. I just wish I lived closer than 12 miles away or I would be there like "Norm" at Cheers!

Always a great meal and great service. Have been coming to Kitchen 56 since they opened.
Our company even had a Holiday party there. The general Mgr. was very accommodating.
We have taken out of town guests here, and they never disappoint.

Looked for a neighborhood restaurant serving healthy food options, casual and not a chain. Couldn't have been more pleased with our meal, service and atmosphere at this converted auto shop gem! You can sit at the same bar either inside or outside, and get a table inside or on the patio.
Our waitress was warm, welcoming and very diligent on keeping our water topped up (it's the desert after all). Food was so tasty, fresh and served with care, and arrived quickly. Pretzel dippers = mini pretzel loaves served piping hot to dunk into beer cheese sauce. Kale and quinoa salad topped with ahi tuna was generous in size and the dressing was perfect: coated the salad but not overly so. The result was bright with hits of citrus and crunchy in a good way. None of that horrid carboard-ish kale. V. filling. The Bbq pulled pork sandwich was gone in a few minutes, and the pepperoni pizza was really big and satisfyingly cheesy with just the right amount of pepperoni. (3 dined).

So noisy could not talk. Steak very poor, tons of mashed potatoes to make up for the poor steak. Short ribs also poor. Again tons of mashed potatoes that were average.

Only good thing was the waitress.

Music was so loud you could not hear the people across the table from you. Music was just so so. I would have paid the guy to stop playing!

Great food, as always. The Happy Hour Menu is great for a light dinner. Street tacos (4) are $5. The chicken ones are the best. Also, the brochette with a caesar salad is a perfect light dinner. Love sitting on the patio. I will definitely visit this restaurant again and again.

Used to be one of our favorite neighborhood places. But it seems to have taken on a somewhat haphazard approach to service, and the menu has been cut back (and was even more so when we were there and the pizza items were unavailable!). Such a cute location needs a bit more enthusiastic and interesting delivery!

mashed potatoes were the best - potatoes and butter were the strongest tastes, but the fresh-fried onion rings on top were like the icing on the cake. The fresh broccoli has gave the veggies that we need to gorge on this kind of tastie red meat and potato fare. Loved it.

What can I say but awesomeness about this place.

Had a table of 6, as we normal sit at the bar area, wings, wings, wings are the Best thing on the menu. If you get them trust me they won't let you down.

This place os like a home away from home and love visiting when ever I'm in town.
