Kitchen 4AM xquisite eats and catering
I called the restaurant 2 weeks prior to my reservation day. I asked if the would be open Black Friday because i wanted to make reservations.? I was told yes and the lady even offered to take my reservation over the phone. I received a email the day of or the day before to confirm which i did. All to arrive to the restaurant and the place be close !!!! Horrible !
The decor was nice...that was the best thing about the restaurant. There wasn't much of a variety of drinks or food on the menu. The restaurant doesn't have a liquor license, so fruity beverages and water were the only options. The food presentation was nice, but the food was over seasoned. The customer service could have been a lot better as well. The staff seemed disengaged with each other and the customers. Definitely a nice location and has the potential for growth, but they have some work to do. #Imrootingforthem
Amazing food and awesome atmosphere.
The food at Kitchen4am was amazing! I can’t wait to go back and try other items on the menu.
Positive: My reservation was at 1pm but my guest was running late( Arrived 30 mins late) but I was there on time. They were able to allow me to keep my reservation on for Sunday brunch. Very nice about it.
Negative: Never got my food! I was finally seated about 1:45 and it was the worst customer service experience ever. I had to flag down a random employee to ask where my waiter was at 2pm. Finally got water and a complimentary mocktail shortly after and was told my waiter would over. Fast forward to 2:25 still no waiter. ( I tried to have patience bc I saw tables ahead of me still didn’t get there food BUT seriously.. 25 mins is a long time). I flagged another employee down who got my waiter over who took my order. By 2:45, still haven’t seen my waiter again nor did I get my food. At this point, I left the restaurant hungry and disappointed. By the time, I would of gotten my food, it would be closing time. The place closes at 3 or 4 on Sundays.
Servers are good, bathrooms were not so clean, waffles were hard
Took my husband here for his bday weekend dinner. It was our first time here and man was EVERYTING awesome from the customer service to the delicious food!!!! One of the best restaurants I've been too. Love it !!!!!
The service was horrible. Waitress had a attitude and was rude to my party. Wings were soggy, told the manager he didn’t do anything about it.
I honestly wasn’t wowed by the food or service! We went to celebrate a birthday and our party had to sit separately. Mind you I called the restaurant several times days prior and leading up to our reservation (which we made online to make sure we would all be able to dine but not thinking we would have to sit separately) to make sure they would be able to accommodate us with none of my calls being answered. We only had 7 people in our party. Waitress was a little rude and the food I wasn’t wowed by at all. The pasta was bland and the chicken was lack luster as well. I’m all for giving ppl second chances so I hope things improve.
Food was absolutely delicious ! Looking forward to a drink menu soon ;)
We went for Sunday brunch--no coffee and no ice when we arrived, although the server brought us water with ice later. The server was excellent, and the food was very good. My husband got teriyaki lamb chops with eggs and fried potatoes. There were 5 small lamb chops--he loved them. I got the Southern breakfast--catfish, eggs, and fried potatoes. My food was terrific. Great spicy cornmeal breading on the catfish, excellent eggs cooked in butter, and tasty fried potatoes. We had enough leftovers for an at-home meal. There are other menu items I am dying to taste--a pasta and waffle w/chicken wings. We read an excellent review in Feast Magazine recently for this restaurant--reason for going. I can't wait to go back, but I am going to take my own coffee just in case they do not have it. Cannot enjoy brunch without coffee!!!
We arrived at 8:45. When we walked in the hostess took forever to greet us. Once she finally did, we were told there was a 30 min hold on the kitchen. We were okay with that because we heard rave reviews about the food. When we were walking to our table literally no one had food, but we decided to be seated anyway. The waitress reminded us that there was a hold on food and took our drink order. Once she brought our drinks we never saw her again. We sat at our table for 1 hour and no one took our order, apologized for the extended delay or anything. We ended up leaving at 10pm famished and very disappointed with the experience.
I had reservations for 7:45pm. My husband and I arrived at 7:40 but we didnt get seated until 8:10pm. We place our order after waiting on our server for another 10min ONLY TO have a 2hour wait until our food was served to us(which my husband lamb chops n mashed potatoes were not hot but reluctant to send it back due to how long we waited to get our food. We asked to speak to the manager
(who was steady running upstairs to fix the music). Our waitress said he stepped out to go buy more salmon.. Wow @ 10:45??? ,He had just went back into the kitchen. On top of that we had to wait for drinks because there were no clean glasses.. Our date night was a total bust. Seemed like it was better quality before he became a brick n mortar spot!!!!!
This restaurant was what I expected and more and very reasonable. I can’t wait to go back. Hoping that it obtains the liquor license because this will be my new go to!
The hostess was everything! She had great personality and very easy to talk to. Very sweet and kind. The food was amazing! Couldn’t stop eating my friends food! Had to wait a while for a server but overall great first experience for my 33rd BDay.
The food was okay they didn’t have no drinks they had ran out of mostly everything the waitress I had was perfect
Good food, just want to see what the expanded menu will look like. Good service though.
We loved everything about our meal. My fiance has turkey ribs. I had the jerk lamb chops. That little bit of char on the broccolini... Delicious! Will definitely be a repeat customer.
The Food was Amazing and our waitress was nice the only problem was they don’t have there liquor license yet so there bar wasn’t open but I know once that happens this place will be absolutely incredible it’s so pretty and neat in there loved it
Friday was my first time going to this restaurant and we tried a few different entrees and everything was hot and amazingly delicious !!!!!
The food was incredible. One of my new favorite places to get dinner at.
Service was great, food was delicious and came out timely and hot. Will definitely return.
Food was spectacular and blew us away. Service was helpful and extremely kind!! Again some of the best food we’ve ever eaten!! Will be back!
I had high hopes for this restaurant! I’ve been anticipating the opening of this particular place. However, they did not meet my expectations whatsoever. We waited about an hour just to receive appetizers. Then 2 - 2.5 hours for our meals. One meal was completely wrong, one was cold, another wasn’t cooked thoroughly, and another was flavorless. Plus all of them were coming out separately with increments of 30 -40 minutes in between. The restaurant did not have its liquor license yet. The silverware and dish ware did not match. They were serving drinks straight from cartons and cans. Also our beverages were in plastic cups. We were very patient because we have heard nothing but great things about this Chef’s cooking. So we waited but once we all received ur meals we were very unsatisfied. Our waitress had poor service. Towards the s of our dining she had a very poor attitude and was rude to us. Although, we were very patient throughout the entire evening! The women’s restroom was a nightmare. There were huge spiderwebs all in the ceiling corners of the room. Being that the ceilings were low. You were face to face with the webs. Overall, I would probably never go back here. They were simply not ready to be open yet. They needed more time for prepping, cleaning, and staffing. Hopefully, things will turn around in 2-3 months!
