   We were unable to be seated because they were not serving lunch. Which would have been good to know despite the ability to make a reservation several weeks in advance.

   Slow service, even in a nearly empty restaurant. Food was overdone, over salted, and uninteresting. Very disappointing.

   We attended for New Years and the food was not good at all. The service was okay; but we paid $170 for dry baked chicken, two drinks, and okay service. I've had better dinning experiences to say the least.

   We spend New Years Eve with teenage kids. It was quiet , nice and friendly environment .

   It was New Year’s eve dinner. I was very disappointed that the menu was preset. The food was mediocre at best. The wine pairing was nice but very disappointing dinner for the price.

   I was so excited to try this new spot in Savannah. I was underwhelmed. First of all, despite confirming our reservation ahead of time, the host could not find our reservation when we arrived. Further, there was no host at the hostess stand when we arrived. Despite it being fairly common, we were not made aware until we were seated that only a limited menu was available for the holiday. And, even at that, neither the host not the waiter actually explained the limited menu. Instead, we were left to assume there wasn’t a larger offering based on the menu already on the table when we were seated. The meal was tasty but rushed from course to course as if we were being herded through to accommodate other people. And, not least of all, the bill for the meal was excessive considering the menu and the overall experience. I wouldn’t dine here again, especially not for a special occasion.

   We loved our first trip to Kitchen 320. Recently moved to the area and happened to ask a new neighbor about places to try, and they suggested Kitchen 320. It did not disappoint! The service was outstanding and attentive. Our server was so knowledgeable. We probably had the best Shrimp and Grits I've ever had! The manager was so kind and welcoming and gave us some recommendations of other places to visit in town. And, all his suggestions were great choices. We will definitely be making it a regular spot to have dinner and drinks!

    The skirt steak was chewy and uneatable. The service was terrible, we were the only table in the restaurant and no one greeted us for 10 minutes. When he gave us water he didn’t say one word or ask if we wanted a bar drink. Poor service and awful food. The pictures online made it seem nicer than it was.
