First night out since the restaurants opened back up. Service was great with safety precautions in effect. Food was outstanding. A lovely evening. Actually kind of nice to have smaller groups on spaced out tables. Made noise level great.
Between us we ordered tomato and burrata salad, rack of lamb, eggplant bergran???, Lamb vindaloo, Dahl makhina??, And garlic naan. Forgive spellings on names of dishes I don't remember them exactly.
It took us an hour and 20 minutes to get our food. They were overwhelmed with take out orders that took priority i guess. It was our first time there and will be our last. Very disappointed. Good Indian food but not worth the price.
Best indian food in Houston! On the expensive side but great quality.
Fine Indian dining at its best. The food is authentic, and the ambiance compliments the sophisticated tastes. Service is second to none.
Some of the best food in Houston. Period. Kiran is an awesome chef. You need to try the new pizzas. Excellent. We ordered more food than we could possibly eat, because we wanted leftovers to take home.
Most amazing Indian dishes I've ever had! Amazing service as well. I can't wait to go back.
Great food. I had been wanting to go there to try it out since it opened. Took the opportunity to go Tuesday. Food was outstanding and service was very safe and sanitary. I will go back again and again and again. The menu had a ton of great choices and I look forward to the next time and trying something different. I had the lamb korma and my date had the shrimp bryiani. So good.
Location, Environment is good.
Service is good
Only thing is I should have told i want little spicy for biryani.
2 + hours of waiting and had to leave without food
Very creative dishes. A great Indian restaurant with a continental touch
Excellent food and flavor! Nice ambience which was busy and social. Service was a little lacking from time to time, but this was more than made up for by the delicious food!
Such delicious Indian food in a beautiful setting. We loved everything we ordered...one main entree, several "street foods" and two kinds of naan. I'll be dreaming of that pistachio/rose naan until I have it again! The service was wonderful as well.
Saw a mix of attire....jeans to cocktail dresses. The atmosphere lends itself to more upscale or business casual.
The food is always great and so is Jeremy
Wonderful as always and we look forward to going back soon.
Terrific lunch menu from the authentic Indian Thali to the lighter-side Tamarind Salmon. Add the soup flight or the Mulligatawny and Kiran's nan. Excellent cuisine, excellent service, and an elegant atmosphere.
I celebrated my 27th birthday here. Everything my friends and I ordered was so delicious! It took a while to get menus so we weren’t able to order desert before the kitchen closed but overall I will definitely be back to enjoy the food!
Super awesome food. We had vegetarian thali and punjabi thali that gave us an option to try at least 3 different entrees.
I did the reservation for 7:45p and only had the table at 8:45p after complaining some times. It wasn't the first time that happened. Really disappointed about this.
Every single thing on the menu is delicious and the service is always professional and attentive
Had a great time! Best indian food anywhere!!
Very good food and a nice ambiance!
Fantastic food and service! I’ll be back 😁
Food and service are always outstanding
Proper Indian food, highly quality food, service outstanding. The restaurant ambient is spectacular.
Great food and service! Love this place!! I drive in from the Woodlands and will continue to because I love their food!
Fantastic food and a great wine list. Ronaldo was our server and he was a great professional.
Date night with hubs and our first visit and Kiran’s definitely lived up to all our friends recommendations- we will be returning soon!!
Excellent food and service. Put favorite cuisine is from the main à la carte menu. Sometimes set menu for special occasions can be a little tricky for those on specific diet. But still a great restaurant and experience!
You always worry about a restaurant switching locations / equipment that something would be "lost in the move" to the new place. Well this place does not follow that old saying at all. Chef Kiran's food is still amazing as always, there is such depth of flavors and complexity to her dishes that make her stand out in our restaurant rich city. This is our 4th time dining at this location, the latest being this past Friday for Valentine's Day.... so the other "worry" as a patron is to go to a place with a "set" menu for a special occasion - maybe you will miss the true essence of the restaurant as they prepare the same dishes to be pumped out all night as the "specials"... Again, Kiran's delivered a very nice full rounded "set menu" that still highlighted her true mastery of Indian cuisine and as previously noted, everything was delicious.
I visited this place for the first time on Valentine’s Day after hearing so much about it. I didn’t realize they had an extremely limited and pricey prefixed menu. The quality of food was also sub par in my opinion. This did not feel like an Indian restaurant at all and the food didn’t help that claim either. There was also live music with a man singing in Spanish and Italian.
Always guaranteed a great meal at Kiran’s. The Chilean sea bass is cooked to perfection. Best I’ve ever had. Lamb shank was a bit too spicy for me. Saffron soup was delicious and dessert was beautiful and delicious. Our fav place for celebrations.
I have been a patron of Kiran’s for a long time. I make it a point to go there when I am in Houston. This was my first visit to the new location. I found it ostentatious, missing some of the prior classy ambiance. The food was slightly on the bland side and the service could be better. I waited a while before I was attended to. I will try them again as it could be that they were off their top notch performance for the night. I was there at 9.15 PM on a Thursday night. Even on a day they were off slightly, they were a lot better than a good Indian restaurant.
My wife and I booked Kiran's for a pre-Valentine's Day meal. We loved the food, and the cocktails, but our waiter put a damper on the evening.
He was curt and dismissive of us, while being seemingly chatty with other guests. It seemed so strange - we didn't even get an introduction (I had to ask him his name, after he had delivered our mains). After delivering our food, he ignored our table. Neither of us can figure out why he was so disdainful.
In contrast, the rest of the wait staff were fantastic. The atmosphere is good, and the food is genuinely excellent.
The food was outstanding. I would classify it as upscale Indian dining. You can still get traditional..but try something new. My daughter is a vegetarian and said it was the best Indian she has ever eaten!
The owner was in and made a point of going to each table to check on her guests..all staff were attentive.
The restaurant itself was absolutely beautiful inside. We will be back
