Established in the spring of 2014, KINTORI YAKITORI is a cozy, izakaya-style eatery specializing in authentic yakitori and premium Japanese tapas. Bite-size pieces of the finest meats and vegetables are held together by bamboo skewers imported from Japan and cooked over a charcoal fire. Served hot and right off the grill, KINTORI YAKITORI offers guests a dining experience like no other.

Real Japanese yakitori we got unagi and omakase Yakitori set with a bunch of skewers would recommend sake was amazing beer was cold and servers were kind and friendly

The skewers are prepared and marinated well. Fresh ingredients highly recommend the heart, skin, wings, gizzards, tail, liver, eel, triangle cartilage, and pork belly. Don’t order the tenderloin it is just chicken breast (a bit dry). The stools are not comfortable, adding a thin cushion would be a simple fix IMHO. Will repeat.

Menu offerings were quite limited and many items were already sold out for our 7:30 reservation, which is prime time. Food quality was good but we all left hungry after spending $60 per person. Service was attentive and solid. But what restaurant sells out of chicken wings and green onions by8:00 pm. ?

Super great spot for 2nd round after having dinner somewhere else. Portion size is not that big. The service, ambience and food was amazing tho!

I had skewers, agedashi tofu, fried squid and ochazuke and they were all good overall. The squid was quite salty, but the agrdashi tofu is the best one i've ever had. I felt like its a little pricy for the food quality tho would revisit for causal date nights or some other occassions
