    We ordered the Hell Chicken, the Green Salad, Tomato Kimchi, Wagyu and Toro bowl, and my daughter had the pork katsu. The Hell Chicken and Wagyu and Toro bowl were just okay, the salad, kimchi tomatoes and the katsu were all good. Cute spot and a nice lunch.

    Second time going to Kingyo. Food and experience overall were outstanding both times. It’s become our favourite Japanese restaurant and we can’t wait to go back!! Keep up the excellence 🙌🏾

    The food was good, but not outstanding. Flavors we good and authentic Japanese, but a little Westernized. Service was very good and attentive but not too much. Just right like being in Tokyo. The atomshpere was goodand very much like in Japan. Very busy so a bit noisy.

    The menu sounds interesting, but the food we had were not too bad, just an average standard. Nothing stands out!

    Great japanese restaurant with top quality products and very creative dishes. I love that everything is shareble and that you have several options for meat, fish and vegetables, which allows you to have a balanced meal with a good tapas style.

    one of the best meals that I have eaten in Vancouver, it's a unique experience, Top notch Food, the classic assorted Bento 5 star, Wagyu beef croquette 5 star, Stone grilled Kobe just perfect. service excellent, the ambience beautiful. when in Vancouver a must experience. thank you for taking care of us.

    The food was exceptional, and we loved the decor. I hadn't been to Kinyo for years but I will go back more often.

    Amazing experience overall. The decor is nice and intimate, and noise levels are very comfortable for discussions. The food is really outstanding with both staples and unique dishes. There also was a themed course menu that felt worth the money which is rare. Portions are very good too. This place deserves the hype.
