Our Executive Head Chef - Richard Tuplin & his team are passionate about all things local & work with a range of fabulous suppliers to lovingly create a menu that is full of heritage and provenance. Each evening we offer our a la Carte menu,

Food at the Kings Head is modern British dining at its best, using fresh premium local products that reflect the changing seasons.

Each evening we offer our seasonal a la Carte menu & for lunch Monday - Saturday we offer our new lunch menu which changes daily. With a selection of nibbles, small plates & main courses there is always something to satisfy all appetites.

From Sunday 6th October 2019, we will be launching our new Sunday Brunch served between 11am & 4pm.

Reception friendly and efficient in sorting out our queries Evening meals and breakfasts were high quality- both evening and breakfast staff were excellent The welcoming fire place on a wet Monday was well attended by the Portuguese member of staff

Have been many times on a Sunday and really enjoyed it, however they have changed Sunday lunch to a Sunday brunch. Not what we were expecting, website should be updated. Service was slow had to ask 3 times for someone to take order and was told thought you had ordered. Other people came in and got served pretty quickly though so may have just been a one off. Rest of service was ok and staff friendly. Main course was nice but puddings were not nice at all and at £21+ for just the roast not good value. Real shame as had a winning formula before,always busy had to book to get a table and this time virtually empty. Please go back to what you were doing well!!

Service was fine but food offering was average. Interesting what they were doing with brunch / lunch but not sure it worked for us.

We were a little disappointed with the menu choice. Our main issues were with the service and length of time we had to wait for our desert. We waited over 40 mins for a 5 cheese plate. We ordered this when the couple next to us had their mains served, they had finished their mains, ordered and eaten deserts and paid in the time that we received our cheese, they also had a 3 cheese plate and had more cheese and grapes than we had. There was no apology for the delay either.

Staying in Cirencester for one night and picked the best place to eat! Lovely laid back atmosphere in the bar area and restaurant. Food was delicious, fine dining and the service was very attentive without being obtrusive

Excellent venue. Staff were all very friendly. Our waitress Ameli ( I think was her name - she was from Romania) was great. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. Well recommended.

Super stylish and friendly. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Food was excellent and wine choice very good. Rooftop terrace is a hidden gem!
