The Kings Head is a traditional seaside pub in the coastal town of Cromer, right on the High Street and just a short walk away from its famous pier. The town is beautiful all year round, and, if a beach day isn't your thing, we're also within easy reach of the Norfolk Coastal Path - a great way to enjoy Norfolk's fresh sea air and dramatic landscapes. We're proud to offer a menu packed with the most appetising dishes. Could not order on WIFI, mixed grill not available, roasts Sunday only. Portions small, though steak pie tasty.

Being a support worker it's always difficult to find places that are understanding and accommodating, this place was both. The attentiveness of the staff members was really appreciated and although they were busy I watched them giving all customers the same attention. Really enjoyed our meals too.

Food was good, but bit disappointed, had Sunday roast. Paid exotra for the three meat, but there was less meat on my plate than on my wifes standard roast

Nice local pub which we hadn’t visited before but is dog friendly so perfect for our guests. Daisy, our server, was very attentive but we visited on a Saturday evening and it became busy and it was hard to get her attention, however the plus side is that we were not rushed despite it being busy.

Extremely disappointing! We arrived to be told there was a 45 minute wait for food. When we went to bar we were then told that the kitchen wasn’t taking anymore order at the moment. We ordered some drinks and were assured that they would take our order shortly. Few minutes later, another staff member came over to say there was no more Sunday roasts and would we like to order from another menu! Considering we had pre-booked a table for Sunday lunch at 2pm! As said extremely disappointing to be told they had nothing left and that they had trouble with their food supplier. Given how busy the pub was (both inside and out) seams more likely that they had allowed too many walk ins. No offer of discount or free drink for the trouble.

Yet another disaster arrived only to be told that they hadn’t got Some item's on the menu It was more redacted then a Mi5 document !,,

Had to wait 45mins for our food. Cutlery was dirty, food was nice but sausage and mash could of been alot warmer than it was sausages were bland could of been better quality. Otherwise staff were helpful polite and friendly even though they were really busy.

Long wait time, over an hour. Food was poor, not up to standard or as described on the menu (food items missing from the plate). All in all very disappointing to say the least. Member of staff did not charge for a large percentage of the meal. Apparently they had a new chef starting that day…. Cannot recommend ☹️

Hi. On the day, one chef didn't came but the team managed to be on the top and were absolutely amazing. It has been though for them but they were keeping smiling, always smiling and showing outstanding customer service. Thank to them as it was my birthday and I was with very good friends. I won't be able to say as much I am grateful!!!
