Awesome food! :) I had the grilled chicken wrap with sweet potato fries. All my friends loved the foo too!
My friend has food allergies and the wait staff was very accommodating. They double checked her food choices to make sure everything was safe.
Great Service, Food was delicious and we loved the dine and bowl option! Definitely will be back for more fun with friends!
Service was very slow. We went to watch the NCAA tournament and had to fight with the employees to keep the games on the TVs. Pretty incompetent for a supposed Sports Bar. We were very disappointed.
Food was good, a little different, but pricy. You pay for the overall experience and location. We did bowl after eating and it was a good experience. Way more better then your local bowling alley. If you do go, go early. In the evening hours it can get crowed, and you will have to wait a long time to eat and or bowl.
I reserved a table days in advance and asked for a specific table. I didn't get my table originally and then was asked to move to another table. There are major issues with seating and customer service. Never saw the manager when I asked. I do not recommend. They turned people away because they held reservations for people who came late. Very poor business ethics. Poor customer service. Same issues both times I went so it wasn't a fluke.
Such a fun experience. Food was ok, we had a party of 18 so we had all types of different food and we all could agree that everything was so bland no flavor nothing different. But the atmeosphere was so fun, the bowling experience was fun because they had a little gaming area where people who were waiting for their turn could play Jenga, basketball and other games. we had a blast

Terrible service food came out without ingredients. Than had to wait 30 mins for something else to eat. I feel bad it was my BF birthday.
Service was horrible!!!!!!! We only ordered dessert and it was horrible, no one came to check on our table, or drinks were never filled, beer took 30+ minutes to arrive, dessert took even longer.... would never go back- made dinner and bowl reservations online- still had to wait over 2 1/2 hours.....
We had reservations for 6 of us to dine, and were seated right away, but waited 35 minutes for anyone to come to the table. No water, no service, nothing. We went to the front desk three times asking for someone to get us drinks, but still waited. We came close to just walking out...very close...but then someone finally came over. Took our drink order and then waited another 15 minutes to get those. We complained again so someone took two appetizer orders and they came right away, but by then, we were done with all of the slow service, so paid up and left to go someplace else for dinner. Very loud as well, and couldn't hear one another at all. Will not be back.
Arrived for 5 pm reservation. My friend was already seated for 5 minutes. Restaurant was not that busy, but we were seated behind a large party of 12 people. No server approached table for the next 10 minutes. We flagged down a server and explained that we had movie tickets for 6pm. Server was friendly, explained it was not his table, but he would try to assist. Server suggested he would bring our check with the food to expedite our movie time. Food was ordered and came rather quickly. My cheese pasta was not cold, but definitely not hot. No table check. Finished food, never saw another server. However all this time large party had 4-5 servers approaching their table and assisting with their check. Finally we approached the server counter and asked to speak with the manager. Manager did apologize for poor service and offered gift cards. Manager even noted that there were 4-5 servers in dining room, so this was not excusable. And after all of that we did miss the first 10 minutes of our movie. We will not go here again.
Terrible the waiter was unresponsive and the hostess was rude
Made reservation online for 4 people for dinner, I thought it was for bowling too but was not. Clearly that was my mistake but here’s where it goes wrong... when someone called me to confirm the reservation and we noticed the error she told me she would put me on the wait list for bowling. Great, I thought... then I arrived and the hostess told me I was NOT on the wait list. I had to go walk over and do that again. (Myself) no service....
The person at the bowling desk added me to the list, said it would be an hour and 45 minutes until we can bowl. Didn’t seem too bad since we still had to eat. Sat down to eat... 30 seconds later the bowling thing buzzed that a lane is ready for us. ALRIGHT.... we explained to our waitress who told us she had nothing to do with bowling and we needed to go over to the desk again. Apparently no one here offers any type of service... at this point it’s getting really frustrating.
My husband walked over to the desk and asked them if we can just request a lane for a certain time. They said no. He explained that we hadn’t even ordered drinks yet and wanted to wait to bowl. They told him that they would keep us on the list and that it would just buzz every time a lane was ready and to ignore it... weird but okay.
Fast forward to the end of dinner. We paid our bill and walked over to the bowling desk again. The buzzer never went off once which we thought was weird since they said it would go off several times....
so when we ask them for the status of our wait... we weren’t even on it!!!! We literally asked to be put on a list 3 times. We waited another 30 or so minutes after that. The whole thing was ridiculous. I’d like to add that we had the slowest waitress I’ve ever had in my life. Same one I had last time we were there and she provided horrible service then too. It was impossible to find her!
You need to teach your employees what customer service is. What a terrible experience for what was supposed to be a fun night out...
I’ve visited Kings about 20 times over the years but every year we go here prior to a certain concert at the nearby Rosemont Theater. On concert night, I’ve given them three chances over three years and I’m done. The food is fine but the service is plain stupid. Every year service has been sadly lacking. Our server this time had huge tables full of people and while she did what she could, we shouldn’t be waiting 30 minutes for a first drink. And btw drinks are incredibly overpriced like most drinks in Rosemont.
I know mgmt does not care but hire more people.
Booked at Kings because we had a party of 14 and they could accommodate a party our size. Was very disappointed to arrive and find out that they’d be divine our party into multiple tables (without prior notice), which is the only reason we picked it. The food was very disappointing. Only about 50% of our party received the right food order. The server couldn’t identify food as it was delivered, so most people ended up eating parts of other people’s food. 2 peoples food never arrived! 1 person had their order arrive with the ingredients they had requested be taken off (allergy). I ordered a pizza on cauliflower crust and it arrived to the table uncooked! Raw dough that never touched an oven! I asked the server if this was a mistake and he just said “I don’t know what that’s supposed to look or taste like”. I asked for them to ask the chef, and he returned with it 3 mins later - fresh out of the microwave. The server was clueless at how poor his service was or that more than 50% of the food delivered to the table was wrong. Would never recommend here for a group, and will personally never return to eat here.
The bowling was great though.
Too many tables stuffed into the building. No room to walk or feel comfortable. We were sat down at a low table and were constantly ran into by others. The waitress was awesome and food was good but there were too many tables too close to each other.
the food was beyond horrible tiny portions cold server didn't care about quality took 2 hours to get a tiny cheeseburger said that's what the kitchen always does on the weekends they slow down not the way to operate a restaurant. This place makes Dave & Buster's look like a culinary palace
Although I had Fun with my friends,it is not worth the price. Food is expensive and not that tasty. Service was not wonderful, our bill was not able to be split because it was “too complicated”. And then at 10pm we bowled next 15 10 year olds.
I reserved a table, I was seated right away after sitting at the table for 15 minutes I finally had to ask the hostess if I was going to be served she apologized for that then a manager came over and apologized for me being seated at a table by the hostess that didn't even have a waitress assigned to it then I got my appetizer and the plates they bought me were stuck together by sticky food that was not washed off the plates then my wife's glass for her drink had some other womans lipstick on it I was not happy with my experience at the establishment at all the appatizer was given to me for free but i was not happy at all

Went to King's for eats before a show at Joe's Live. My friend and I ate tacos and burgers. Each were delicious. Price for the Rosemont Entertainment District very reasonable. King's is now my go-to place for dining!

The atmosphere was fun and energetic, but the food came out cold. Our server Mike was fantastic.
My waiter was unavailable most of the time because he paid more attention to the football game than our table service. He disappeared for long periods of time and took forever to give us our check.
Very poor service. Confirmed a dine and play reservation for 7:15 pm but wasn’t seated until 7:45pm. Our server was very nice but half the table received cold food. The host never put our name down for the bowling so we had to wait. Not only that but they double booked our land twice and we had to keep moving. They had several “managers” on duty but they were all rude and aggressive. I liked The idea but wouldn’t encourage anyone to go.

Really good food, enjoyed it a lot. Large booths suitable for gatherings/birthday dinners. Also huge screens with sports playing.
A little pricey but Happy Hour specials kept our tab (for 4 adults/4 kids) under $200 with drinks. The service was fantastic though. My friends really enjoyed the wings and the kids devoured two HH cheese pizzas. We all loved the edamame. We have visited a few times now and every time it seems the menu changes. It is nice there is a variety but can be disappointing if you go with a menu item in mind. Overall it was a fun night and we were well taken care of.
Took almost 20 mins to get waters. Waiter completely ignored us. Bowling employees were rude and clueless.
New Years Eve and propose to My Girlfriend!!
Considering it was NYE... the service was prompt. The food was just okay. We ordered the boneless buffalo wings and chicken street tacos. It took a lot longer than anticipated for a bowling lane to become available after dining. I was more impressed with the service and organization of the experience than the food.
The service was extremely slow, even though at least half of the tables were not in use. I think it may just have been our server, as other customers dined and left while we were still at our table.
Will go again with a large group! Super service, food great, high energy, fun atmosphere!
This was our first time at Kings. Our family went before ice skating at the outdoor rink. They were out of the drink I ordered and also ran out of pretzels. The server didn’t come back to take my order (since they were out of pretzels) until after the rest of my family’s food was served, so I ended up eating after everyone else was done. It didn’t appear they were overly busy. Will not go back and would not recommend. There are many other dining choices there, so would pick another restaurant.
Experience was awful. Took about an hour just to get the bill to leave. Server came back multiple times asking what we all got and forgot and came back 10 more times. Needs to write down the orders and if new someone should have helped him.
