Kings Dining & Entertainment - Rosemont
Too many tables stuffed into the building. No room to walk or feel comfortable. We were sat down at a low table and were constantly ran into by others. The waitress was awesome and food was good but there were too many tables too close to each other.
the food was beyond horrible tiny portions cold server didn't care about quality took 2 hours to get a tiny cheeseburger said that's what the kitchen always does on the weekends they slow down not the way to operate a restaurant. This place makes Dave & Buster's look like a culinary palace
Although I had Fun with my friends,it is not worth the price. Food is expensive and not that tasty. Service was not wonderful, our bill was not able to be split because it was “too complicated”. And then at 10pm we bowled next 15 10 year olds.
I reserved a table, I was seated right away after sitting at the table for 15 minutes I finally had to ask the hostess if I was going to be served she apologized for that then a manager came over and apologized for me being seated at a table by the hostess that didn't even have a waitress assigned to it then I got my appetizer and the plates they bought me were stuck together by sticky food that was not washed off the plates then my wife's glass for her drink had some other womans lipstick on it I was not happy with my experience at the establishment at all the appatizer was given to me for free but i was not happy at all
Great service, food was good, reasonable prices
Went to King's for eats before a show at Joe's Live. My friend and I ate tacos and burgers. Each were delicious. Price for the Rosemont Entertainment District very reasonable. King's is now my go-to place for dining!
Very great atmosphere and delicious food. Customer service was excellent
The atmosphere was fun and energetic, but the food came out cold. Our server Mike was fantastic.
My waiter was unavailable most of the time because he paid more attention to the football game than our table service. He disappeared for long periods of time and took forever to give us our check.
Very poor service. Confirmed a dine and play reservation for 7:15 pm but wasn’t seated until 7:45pm. Our server was very nice but half the table received cold food. The host never put our name down for the bowling so we had to wait. Not only that but they double booked our land twice and we had to keep moving. They had several “managers” on duty but they were all rude and aggressive. I liked The idea but wouldn’t encourage anyone to go.
Waiter did a great job with refilling our drinks.
Really good food, enjoyed it a lot. Large booths suitable for gatherings/birthday dinners. Also huge screens with sports playing.
A little pricey but Happy Hour specials kept our tab (for 4 adults/4 kids) under $200 with drinks. The service was fantastic though. My friends really enjoyed the wings and the kids devoured two HH cheese pizzas. We all loved the edamame. We have visited a few times now and every time it seems the menu changes. It is nice there is a variety but can be disappointing if you go with a menu item in mind. Overall it was a fun night and we were well taken care of.
Took almost 20 mins to get waters. Waiter completely ignored us. Bowling employees were rude and clueless.
New Years Eve and propose to My Girlfriend!!
Considering it was NYE... the service was prompt. The food was just okay. We ordered the boneless buffalo wings and chicken street tacos. It took a lot longer than anticipated for a bowling lane to become available after dining. I was more impressed with the service and organization of the experience than the food.
The service was extremely slow, even though at least half of the tables were not in use. I think it may just have been our server, as other customers dined and left while we were still at our table.
Will go again with a large group! Super service, food great, high energy, fun atmosphere!
This was our first time at Kings. Our family went before ice skating at the outdoor rink. They were out of the drink I ordered and also ran out of pretzels. The server didn’t come back to take my order (since they were out of pretzels) until after the rest of my family’s food was served, so I ended up eating after everyone else was done. It didn’t appear they were overly busy. Will not go back and would not recommend. There are many other dining choices there, so would pick another restaurant.
Experience was awful. Took about an hour just to get the bill to leave. Server came back multiple times asking what we all got and forgot and came back 10 more times. Needs to write down the orders and if new someone should have helped him.
Great atmosphere and fun for groups, service was disappointing but food delicious
Great restaurant, Great food, Great drinks.
It was crowded so the service was kind of slow and servers kept getting sidetracked.
For a family of four we had two appetizers. Six buffalo chicken wontons which were very small and nothing to it & 6 boneless buffalo chicken tenders that were good. My daughter and I split a Nashville spicy chicken sandwich. It was suppose to come with slaw and it didn’t. It also didn’t come with any sauce at all. Tiny tasteless. No spice. On a small bun. We each had two tiny bites. We were disappointed and hungry. My son had pizza and said it was awful. My husband got the pulled pork sandwich. It was cold and didn’t come with the cheese and sauce. It was gross. Then we thought how can you mess up the desserts that looks so good but they managed to do that as well. We got the Reese‘s peanut butter cup Sundae. We actually had to ask for chocolate sauce to go with the little bit of vanilla ice cream that was in there. It was mostly just whip cream. A couple of bites of Reese‘s peanut butter cup. Extremely disappointed and we left the place hungry.
The food was good. The service was not. We got our food and I ate the whole meal (Nashville Hot Chicken) without a beverage. When I completed my meal a server came over with my drink...finally. We also needed to get the check so we wouldnt be late for our movie. Our server was nowhere to be found and after me looking around for him the bartender came over and asked if I had a problem. Thank goodness for him or I think we would still be sitting there.
Both of our burgers were super salty, food was okay but kinda pricey. Bowling too expensive
We couldn’t even bowl because we weren’t told that there was a buy out. If they called me the night before which they did and the manager never told us there was an event happening. I could have chosen a different day to go
My kids and wife had a blast I will recommend this place to everyone!
Great waiter and didn’t even have to ask they new what was needed!!!
Shrimp tacos were great! Waitress was MIA which caused us to wait 2 hours for dine and bowl. Drinks were watered down. Great atmosphere for sports get together. Also, private bowling area was very nice.
Amazing!!! You guys took care of me and my crew!!!
It was just great :) One of the best service I ever experienced. You can forget about everything, they take care of you. While we had dinner waiter collect our names, shoe size and prepared bowling line for us so when we finished everything was ready and we can just enjoy bowling.
BDay dinner and bowling. Dinner was outstanding at a decent price for family of 6. Mountain sundae for birthday boy was a treat for all 4 kids.
Eric is the best!!!!! He made sure I was taken care of for my birthday gathering
I came for my friends birthday. There was 3 of us and I made a reservation earlier that day, and despite that, they still seemed very unprepared. The hosts didn’t bother greeting us for the celebration, even though I stated that we’re there for a birthday. And the table wasn’t even prepared because it wasn’t wiped down, not enough chairs, and it was gross. Maybe our server was new, but he was terrible. Very slow service and possibly lacked listening skills because we had to ask for things more than once. Didn’t get our order right. And when we were served our appetizers he didn’t provide silverware or plates and he hardly checked in on us so we ended up taking it from another, more prepped table! I was a server before so I understand how everything works, and I usually keep an open mind about service. But this was terrible because he couldn’t even get the basics down. The overall vibe from the staff we encountered sucked. Aside from him, the hosts were not friendly and felt more hostile than hospitable. It’s sad because I was rly excited about that dinner for my friend, but it just ended up weird. I’ve also never been there but always saw it off the highway and was very excited.. only to be disappointed.
Upset that I asked before checking in for dinner to also reserve a bowling lane was told I have to do that after dining. After dinner went to check in for a lane and was told there was a 2.5 hour wait!! Very disappointing we left it was 10:20 pm and we would have waited until we’ll after midnight. Same hostess that told us we had to wait until after dinner told us about the wait time when I asked her about previous conversation she blew me off saying it was a busy night. The point of us coming was to bowl and eat! Very disappointed
First time coming here wasnt what I expected at all. Went there with my guy for sweetest day just to do something different. The food was just ok & the waiter for some reason acted as if I wasnt at the table. Also they didnt sign me in because I didn’t receive my 100 open table points😡😡😡
The service was unbelievably slow!!! Unbelievable. The food wasn't often times inaccurate.
Super fun place for kids and family. The food was really good. The sampler was tasty and the pork tacos were amazing. Afterwards we played bowling. The kids had a blast! Little pricey
