Had a great time celebrating my friends birthday. First timers do We didn’t quite understand how everything works as far as the karaoke room and the pool table goes but we enjoyed the setting and the mood. The waiter Sabastian was awesome. Overall it’s a pretty cool place 😀

Overall experience was amazing, next time I’m in the area I’ll definitely be going back there.

The service was horrific. We made reservations for Dining and Bowling and they told us we had a 2 hour wait. We left. Another time we went, the waitress literally came by ONCE - to take the order. Never came back. We had to ask a busser for the tab. The bowling lanes are also always breaking and the reggaeton music is WAY too loud

The food was DELICIOUS!!! The specialty drink, a French 75, was disappointing, especially for the price but everything else was delicious! Alex, our server was a bit overwhelmed with the number of tables he had. However, he was very pleasant. Will definitely go again!!

Food was horrible and the place is not so big so you have to bowl when there is no one there to feel comfortable. When I ordered my food multiple items were not available. Service was amazing though.

We were there to celebrate a friends birthday and our waiter brian was great. Very nice and the food was good. We did the dine and bowl option and everything worked out great. Wasn't a long wait because it was a Monday and the kids had a good time bowling.

Hands down one of the best places to celebrate your event! Celebrated my 50th birthday there & Marilyn our server made the experience a memorable one by far. This is our second year coming back and I have to say she has been the main reason for returning she’s an asset to your organization and leads by example!

We had a great time. I was impressed with our server Chandler. Great guy. I made advance reservations for my son’s high school graduation but was disappointed that our bowling lanes were given to another party not once but twice that evening. My son never got to bowl and he was highly disappointed. All we did was dine which was not fair considering we made reservations 3 weeks in advance

The waiter was super nice & funny. Bowling was so much fun, since the dj was playing all the right music. The service was very fast with both food and drinks. However I wish they had more variety of food but def will be returning

This place is the complete package! Great:Food, Games, Drinks, Music & Service. Definitely our new favorite place- the bruschetta was out of this world!

Food was nothing special. The place is nice however service was probably the worst I’ve ever seen. It took us 45 minutes just to get the check and pay. After asking the waitress 3 times and attempting to get the hostess to help I had to approach the waitress at the computer to get it and pay. They were not busy at that time. Maybe 3 tables.

We arrived for our reservation to find the place closed.

The server we had took over hours to bring everything even the tab! She would forget she was our server... the gas ran out in the kitchen in the middle of us ordering food... they have no organization at all.

I made reservations for my family to eat and bowl for my daughters' birthday. Unbeknownst to me, I had only reserved dining. Because we arrived early in the evening (7:30) and we only needed 1 lane, we were told the wait for a lane would be about 30 mins. The server took my kids order quickly, but took 40 mins before they took our food order. The kids were done eating and playing air hockey (which took tokens) before our food AND appetizer arrived at the same time. By this time it was 8:45ish. They had brought us a buzzer for the lane at around 8:30. By the time we were done eating and closing out our tab and gathered the kids, it was 9:30-9:40. We then approached the front desk to see about the lane. Because it was close to 10 there was a lot of people trying to get lanes. We were then told we had to wait another 40-60 mins for a lane. Needless to say we left, one of my twins crying and son asking why we weren't going bowling after all. Nothing but an apology was offered by the guy I handed the buzzer and complaint off to before walking out.

Went there for my birthday celebration and did not have a good time. First wanted an outdoor table but was told there were no waiters available. The waiter was nice but apparently had a lot of other tables bc took very long. When the food finally arrived no utensils had to wait. The drinks were not very good. When we were ready to bowl even though we were placed on the top of the list, it was a 2 hour wait. For a bowling place they barely have any lanes. We couldn't bowl and left. Not how I wanted to spend my birthday.

We felt that the staff was very inexperienced. They weren’t rude, just not well trained. I ordered a mojito and had to send it back because it tasted horrible, they gave me another that tasted “better” but still not good. Had I liked it I would have ordered at least two more like I normally due when I’m out with friends, unfortunately I didn’t even finish the one I had. Food was good, but very slow. Also, we were told it was a two hour wait to bowl and after waiting the two hours we were then told it would take one more hour. We left feeling very disappointed.

Super Bowl LIII excellent place to watch the event, great food and nice service. Only downside was food took too long to came out.
Anyway staff was super friendly and we will definitely will be back . Thanks a lot!

As a first time guest at Kings Entertainment. I was more disappointed than satisfied. I placed a dine and bowl reservation as it was recommend online to experience a faster wait time. That wasn’t the case at all. I placed a reservation at 8:15 and didn’t get to bowl until 11:15. When I called earlier that day to confirm my reservation, I mentioned I was a first time guest. It would’ve been nice to set proper expectations. On top of this, when we sat down to eat our waitress was polite and friendly but we ordered appetizers and entrees. The entrees came out first (which instead of placing the plates on the table we had to reach to get the plates ourselves) and the appetizers were forget and came out way later.

Very disappointed that you need to have a party of 3 for the giant mojitos. That's not listed anywhere on your website and I made a significant drive just for that. I will say we mentioned it was our 3 yr anniversary and they brought up complimentary champagne. I enjoyed the experience overall and will return but highly suggest you add a disclaimer about your giant mojitos to your site.

Everything about this place is amazing. From the minute you enter from the min you leave. ..Especially our waiter that was very attentive to us, his name was Jules👍🏻He just very Professional polite and help us with any concerns we had.This was our first time being there and it won’t be the last..Thank you guys for an amazing Evening

The food was cold. The fries tasted like cold grease and my drink was disgusting. The waiter got upset because I asked him to remove the fries from my bill

If you make a reservation here, probably you will get the lie about bowling and entertainment, even if the website tells you are booking for dinning and bowling this is way far to be true. Never ever back to this place, poor management and scheduling

The food and drinks were really good. It's q great place for a family outing.

We enjoyed the food and dessert . The burger was very small 6 oz . Was not a fan of no sides with the burgers or sandwiches.. I think $4 for French fries on top of $13 for a small burger is a bit much .

The value is not worth the portions .

Our experience was horrible. The bar did not have a good variety of liquor. We were informed only specific bottles are available for John Wall the NBA player - seriously. The wings were great but the steak tips with mashed potatoes was disgusting. The amount of money paid for this place was DEFINITELY not worth it. We went bowling after dinner and the cost to do so was outrageous. And the lanes kept giving error with the pins, the bumpers, etc. The experience we had for the amount of money we paid was terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Bowling with Co Workers we all enjoyed Kings Bowling. The Group ages were 20s to 50s we all had Blast. Also special Thanks to Night Manager and staff

We went for the dine and bowl option to celebrate my sons birthday. They completely ruined the occasion. When they called to confirm our reservation we let them know of option and even when we got there. When it was time to bowl they told us that we didn’t have that option and that the wait time was an hour or more because other tables were in front of us. I wrote them on website and general manager reached out and he was very nice and wanted to make things right but when I emailed him back taking him up on his offer, he has not emailed back or called... still waiting

The service was great but the food was mediocre. I love the gigantic drinks. Those were well worth the price. The food was not. The crowd was energetic but the music was mostly Latin style. So it it did not fit me which is ok. Overall, this is a nice spot for drinks with friends.
