The food was disappointing but we didnt have high expectations either. Ordered wood fired pizza it was good but not as thin of a crust that I'm used to. The wings were terrible, all salt (maybe the bottom of the blend??), we didn't eat them and they were removed from our tab. Bowling was fun. Great entertainment and we played pool as well to end our evening. It wasn't that busy or crowded (Sunday evening) but we still had to adhere to the 2 game limit. We're from out of town so we would have stayed and played another game. All in all a fun night. Good for groups or families.

Took a long time to get our drink orders. Then two pizzas came, but the Classic Impossible burger at least a few minutes later - did not have "Secret Sauce" as described on menu; had to ask for side salad (just iceberg lettuce, nothing special at all) to be delivered; no dressing on the side as requested; had to wait again. Then they re-delivered the Classic Impossible burger, even though it was already on the table. Just a lot of confusion on the part of the wait staff.
A guy in a suit came over and asked how he could make it right - asked for a tuna poke bowl, another long wait. The suit guy offered free dessert and recommended chocolate fondue - we told him we had show tickets in 35 minutes. We left after waiting 15 min for the "free" dessert.

The pizza was just ok, nothing special.

Bartenders were awesome-made sure we were taken care of and informed us that it may get busy and to feel free to come up to the bar...even with the mistake with our bill management took care of it. Food was pretty rough as far as price matching the portions, but make your own pizza was fun. I liked the other room with more games once bowling ended!

We ordered and they got our pizza wrong. They also got my friends order wrong, he ordered sliders and they brought him some weird pork belly thing. Then when I complained they still tried to charge me and the food took 45 minutes to bring out...mind you there was only us and 1 other party there. The staff basically ignored us. No refills or any attention give to us. This was not a good experience and they lost the business of 6 people.

Great music, the DJ was fantastic. The only downside is the huge delay for a waiter, had to wait 25 minutes for someone to come to our table and ask for drinks.

While the food was satisfactory, the service was terrible, even though there were maybe ten people in the entire restaurant. Had to wait 10 minutes to be seated.

The service was fine honestly, but the food took awhile to come out and it was just not up to par. The pasta was greasy and some of the other food items didn’t have much flavor including the garlic bread.

The staff was good. We were assigned a bowling alley no 9 and was said our food from the table will be served in the bowling alleys but then somebody cleaned it beforehand and was given a free reorder that was very appreciable.

We had a fabulous time at Kings! We are in Chicago for a visit with our 12 yr old and decided on a fun dinner night to spare her a stuffy fine dining experience and we are so glad we did! We used a Groupon for the bowling and it very well covered the 3 of us for 2 games and shoe rental. Every single staff member we encountered was kind, easy going and genuine. The food was legit! We ordered buffalo won tons, calamari, Southwest spring rolls and fries to share as we had a late lunch so weren’t up for entrees. Zero complaints, the food was served hot, had great flavor and our server was very nice, professional and attentive. I loved the play list they had at the bowling lanes, fun mix of music we were dancing around and singing to it the whole time. It was really a fun and upbeat atmosphere and again, the staff really made the place, between the fabulous service, great cooks, etc you can tell the people there really care. It wasn’t very busy which surprised us, but it was a latter reservation, we were good with having the place to ourselves almost but felt for the tip earning staff, wish it has been busier for them. This is a great place to take the family on a summer week night before the 10pm adult hours for a fun night out, we wish they had one in St Louis! We would def do friends and kids nights out there! Thanks for a fabulous time!!!

Wow this place is super dope!!! I spoke with Karina over the phone cause I wasn’t sure how the Groupon worked she was patient and courteous as I asked a lot of questions. When we arrived there was no one to greet us but I could see the staff carrying food and drinks walking quickly so I figured it was busy. Juan was our server he was AWESOME sauce!! Very honest about the menu, patient as we asked a lot of questions about the facility and the services. Oh and the MUSIC was off the charts! I loved the diversity of the tunes. Juan said it was a playlist by one of the managers Felicia. KUDOS TO KARINA AND JUAN. I will be back and I’m bringing an army with me.

Horrible time management and restaurant management!! Food, staff and drinks were fine but process was a disaster! Just got up and left! Go bowl elsewhere. They will lie and let you reserve saying you can bowl right after you eat. That means you can bowl 3 hours later!!!! And nobody says a word!!!! Absolute joke!! Dont waste your time!!!

We made a reservation for a Saturday night, however once we arrived, we were told that there were no tables available - even though they had our reservation. They told us that all of the walk-ins took the tables and that there was nothing they could do about it. They sat us at their adjoining restaurant at a table near the door where freezing cold air was pouring in through the windows. We decided to leave, and asked that they at least validate our parking. They couldn't even do that for us saying "if you haven't been here for at least two hours, we aren't able to validate. You have to go to Mariano's (which is in the same shopping center) to get it validated." On top of all of that, my husband left his cell phone there but when he called to check to see that they had it, one of the staff members just told him, "We didn't see no iphone." Of course, when he went back (because Find My iPhone showed their location) one of the less lazy staff members who actually checked to see if they had it this time found it. The staff was disorganized, rude, and unable to handle a crowd on a Saturday night.

Not sure where the disconnect is with this place.

We called a day in advance to confirm a reservation for our group to eat & bowl. We told the folks we talked on the phone we wanted to eat & bowl simultaneously since we were on a tight schedule, but they said this wasn't possible. dining and bowling had to be done separately.

Fast forward to when I arrived, and asked about this again. No, it was not possible to eat and Bowl together. So, instead they sat us at a huge table away from everything/everyone (there was no one else in the dining room), and somehow even though we were the only ones there they got at least half our food order wrong. It took an hour and a half to get dinner, and we never got our whole party's order. And, we never got to bowl.

What was worse is that when we were leaving we saw tons of people eating and hanging out on the lanes. Simultaneously! Also, there were lanes open. Unbelievable.

Definitely not planning on coming back. Food was middle of the road for the most part too.

It was a pretty decent atmospere. The service was terrible. We ordered food and as they were bringing the food out we were told that the option my wife ordered wasnt available. I feel as though this should have been caught earlier in our dining experience. I like to see what im eating, it was very dark at the dining tables. Appetizers were brought out with no plates or silver ware

I've been here before l, enjoyed myself so I came back for a date. Although the managers and wait staff are always nice, my date and I were treated extra nice because they thought we were secret shoppers. Overall everything was really nice and now I'm thinking of getting a job as a secret shopper.
