   Food was very nice, staff were friendly and attentive. Unfortunately we were very close to a noisy table of diners which made it hard to have a conversation with my 90 year old mum. As not all tables were full, if we had asked to move I’m sure they would have allowed us to. We will definitely go back.

   The food was lovely and piping hot however it was served on a cold plate the service was good, the staff were very friendly and attentive. The background music was at the right level and a nice atmosphere. The only down side was the noise from the bar area where people were eating there were a few young men at the bar who were shouting and were extremely loud and could be heard in the dining area it must have been annoying for people eating in the bar.

   We had the Sunday roast yesterday, the plates were cold, dinner wasn’t hot, we got asked about pigs in blankets and cauliflower cheese , we said yes, I asked for crumble sundae which was supposed to be mixed berries and apple, it was more like fruit purée apple no mixed berries no ice cream, I did speak to the waitress and she just said I will let someone know, that was that, we then got our bill and got charged extra money for the pigs in blankets, cauliflower cheese and extra gravy, no mention of the price when we ordered. Very disappointed ☹️

   Lovely meal for Mother’s Day, table of 7 with all different orders, everything came out together and was very good 😁

   The service was sadly not great, we had to keep asking for drinks and to order. The food was not great, the chil Chicken burger had no mayo, salad, coleslaw etc but not satisfaction checks were made and no staff to be seen. Pork was dry and overcooked, vegetables cold. We told the waitress when she came as hadn't eaten much at all...

   We were all really impressed with the our first visit to The Kings Arms. We were warmly greeted immediately upon arrival by the assistant manager - I feel bad I didn’t get his name. Our server was super attentive, engaged, friendly, and efficient. I wish I’d gotten her name too!!! Both were incredibly attentive and really kind and thoughtful and the food was even better than we hoped it would be. Amazing choices- especially for me as a vegetarian who normally only has a few options compared to meat eaters. Everything was great, served quickly and with a smile and absolutely delicious. We will be back!!!!

    Another lovely meal, thank you. Tried the 2 meals for £22 menu, brilliant value, great presentation and lovely friendly staff.
