The food was amazing, the service was amazing. I was happy with the staff as they were helpful and got the food out quickly

I’ve walked by this place so many times over the years and finally decided to try it. When we got there it was packed and seemed like a very popular neighborhood spot as there were lots of families dining. They had partitions between tables, but they were packed full of people! A lot of staff working to help each other since they were busy but service was slow. There were 2 of us dining, 10oz filet ordered medium was very well done and maybe 6oz, small side portion (compared to their other meals that are massive portions). I got one of the crab/shrimp combos and the crab leg shells were so sharp I had to use a napkin to hold them to crack. While it wasn’t our favorite meal, it is clearly a neighborhood favorite and we wish them the best of luck.

Everything was great EXCEPT for parking. I drove around for more than 10 minutes trying to find somewhere to park. I found a spot more than 2 blocks away.

Love this place. The food is amazing, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is so friendly. Highly recommend it.

Date night. Service great. Nelson our server was wonderful. He tends the bar and the drinks were great. Jeff was a good host. The ambiance was okay. Hubby and I decided that we will be visiting more. Our go to spot.

Food was delicious though, service was good, and prices were very reasonable.

Took over an hour to get our food. Drinks were watered down. The food was bland. Probably never going there again.

Everything good

Arriving right at our reservation time, we were sat immediately. The wait staff greeted us and took our order, the 4lb King Crab Family meal, which was more than sufficient for our family of three! Enjoyed the space and experience and only saddened by the fact of the pandemic's affect on Chicago's restaurants.

It was a fight and police were everywhere and it got shut down. No apology no discounts just a mess.

Amazing food!! We ordered their steamed crabs which tasted SO fresh. I had dreams about the crabs because they were that good. Highly recommend and reasonably priced.

The place is small, I had reserved for an indoor table and they only had the outside, if I wanted the inside I had to wait an extra 20 minutes. So in that sense the initial encounter was off. But the food was great and the outdoor seating wasn’t bad, not cold and spaced out enough.

Excellent King Crab legs and oysters. two-for-one crab is a great deal.

This Place Is Sooo Lovely I Took My Mom For Her Birthdayy! She absolutely loved it & almost cried everything i wished for & requested things & they made sure i was Serviced Very Well my family was very pleased. the MANAGER MIRTA is so respectful & Very sweet such a great Leader ! THE waitress ELVIRA is so beautiful & sweet she made sure everything was perfect never had to request for things she was on top of itt! absolutely pleased Will be BACK AGAIN! IF THERE PLEASE REQUEST THEM THEY WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN !

We sat on the outside patio and they had heaters and it was decorated with lights and evergreens, was very cozy and warm. Food was awesome, we have crab leg dinner for 4 which is great value and it was delicious. Staff is very welcoming and they were working hard to make outdoor seating comfortable. We were very happy to support this business and hope they continue to do well during this time...

The king crab ordered was over cooked. Half shell does a better job.
