Love this place!!❤️ Couldn't wait to go there 2nd time, so we didi yesterday.. The server was veryy polite, very lovely and helpful!!❤️ Thanks a lot!! Prices are really good and reasonable. The food portions are HUGE!! We ordered hot cheetos roll LOVED IT, surf and turf MY FAVORITE and tacos 😍!! Took 5 shots of margarita and we were GOOODD, lol.))

The food was great! I wasn’t expecting much but I was very pleased. The drinks were fun and tasted great. The Mr. Tempo water bottles were cute lol. I love how the staff was very attentive and quick to pick up an clean up.

It was a good experience the only thing that was annoying was the fact that we where half way with our drinks and food and the servers made us get up and move out of our table to make room for a party next to us which in my opinion was very rude.

The food was tasty and the music was good. Overall this place would have been a really great experience but our waitress was not very attentive, she forgot to bring us water after we asked for some and she forgot to place our food order in the system so there was 4 tables who were seated after us that received their food before us and our waitress didn’t even come to check on us once during the 30 minutes we were waiting for our food.

The food was great. Everyone loved it, but the service was a big no no. Our reservation was at 6:15pm, we got there and there were only a few tables occupied, the hostes had a “I don’t care attitude”. She sat us down and the waiter greeted us, we placed drinks order and then he disappeared. There were several employees around, and we kept trying to call someone to bring us waters and place food order, it took about 30min for us to be able to reach someone. The hostes saw us several times searching for help because we didn’t have napkins, we wanted to order more drinks, we wanted to order more guacamole and more appetizers, and she pretended she didn’t see us even though we were sat right by her face and I waved my hand a few times. Other employees came when I requested and never brought the napkins. And bare with me, only a FEW tables were occupied. All employees walk around staring at the floor apparently, so they don’t need to see what table is requesting anything. It was very weird and unprofessional. Our waiter was no where do be found for at least 40 min of our stay. We finally gave up and ordered the check and left.

The music is way too loud at night to even here the person across from you. I have eaten here several times. In the afternoon the music level is fine however each time I have gone at night it’s getting way to loud to hear each other. We had to go somewhere else for dessert just so we can enjoy our night

Since we arrive for a (Birthday) we had asked one of the workers near the table if they did anything for birthdays. One of the managers I believe her name was Alex let us know that they did a churro dessert. As long as they verify the date of birth on the ID… mind you we just asked not yet ordering it because we hadn’t ordered our dinner yet. The manager then proceeds to place the order For the birthday comped item but failed to let the server know we were ordering it for after the dinner. We ended up receiving the birthday comped item before anything, including our drinks. I can understand if this is a mistake and unfortunately the experience continue to go downhill from here. When we ordered our food, each person receive their food at individual times, instead of having them all sent out at the same time so some members of the party we’re done eating before others receiving their food. While ordering our drinks, we specifically asked for certain specialty cocktails to be blended and let the server know of specific allergies when the drinks arrive to the table with the server told us the drinks, and mentioned that one of the drinks was a specific drink. We did not ask for because of the allergies the server, then stated we specifically ask for that drink, and refused to listen to us explaining the allergy. we reached out to the manager and she stated that she was going to take the drink off the bill based on the issue, one of our members in our continuously received the wrong drink, and after countless times of explaining the issue, the manager took the drink, rolled her eyes and walked away from the table. When I approach the manager and asked why she had done that she immediately realized that it was the wrong thing to do. Overall the experience was lackluster and affected is entirely. Especially when you have a manager that is specifically doing the wrong thing to de-escalate a situation that she had caused. Will not be returning to this restaurant.

This restaurant is all hype and flashiness but without anything to back it up. The menu is over the top but, in reality, the dishes are mostly exaggerated versions of what could be good ideas. The kitchen’s timing was awful. There were three in our party. My husband’s entree arrived. He finally ate it and finished it before our son’s entree arrived. He ate and finished it before my entree arrived. The music was so loud that conversation was impossible. The drinks were fine.

Everything we ate was amazing!! Pork Belly Nachos, Birria tacos, cheese enchiladas, and chips/salsa (salsa was soo good). Everything taste so good. Only issues waa that the music is so loud, you are unable to hear each other or even the waitress. However, def worth going!!

Service was great! Only down side was that it was really cold!!! I was freezing the whole time. They moved a heater close to us but there was still a breeze; it made me want to hurry up with my food and leave. Food was really delicious and I appreciate how quickly it came out. Will go back maybe in the summer time when it’s not so cold lol

Awesome vibes, awesome food, and awesome drinks! Tried the surf and turf burrito, so rich and yummy! Also tried their margaritas; their margaritas flight and house margarita. The house margaritas were stronger, but both were still tasty. The music choices were impeccable.

The service was slow and it doesn’t matter if your ordering appetizers or entrees they bring food out whenever without a forewarning. Everyone in my table received drinks and I waited over 20 minutes before it arrived. Food was mediocre and not appetizing, the quality and service has definitely gone down since they originally opened. The staff seem disorganized even though there was almost no tables still slow service.

Last minute birthday celebration and it was a vibe! The food is absolutely delicious and the drinks were good just a little on the pricey side. Even with a reservation, there werent any tables reserved for us when we got there for our time. It wasn’t that big of a deal as we were moved off the street as soon as a table was cleared but usually with reservations, tables are set aside. However this place showcases why they are so busy, the music is loud and the vibe is great. We would for sure come back but maybe on a weekday to just be more comfortable with the experience. However 8/10 recommend.

Very cold and uncomfortable. Metal chairs, metal tables, metal plates. The restaurant is open to the street and there is a lot of street noise. Service was excellent.and we enjoyed the tomahawk, but due to the ambience and the terrible music, we won’t be returning anytime soon unless it’s just for a quick happy hour.

Enjoyed my time here! Walked in at 12:30 and immediately had a seat. Drinks were fantastic. You MUST order the Quesabirria Quesadilla on their brunch menu . So juicy and full of flavor. Micheladas are yummy as well. Tried both regular and tamarindo. Have a 2 star review for service simply because if one patron isn’t ready to order you don’t place the other persons order while you’re still deciding. For a great service tip, Place all table orders at one time unless started otherwise by table guest. Otherwise I’ll be back!

For New Years Eve there was solid music playing, just a bit too loud to really talk for dinner, if there was room to dance the level would have been perfect, but seemed a bit extra for a dining experience. The food and drinks were delicious as usual, but the items were forgotten and they only served water bottles that were $4 a piece. The last time I was there it was an amazing experience so this time was a little disappointing.

We had a reservation for a table of 5 for 6:30pm this was the worst experience I ever had on my birthday! The waiters kept bringing the wrong food to our table, it had taken over 45 minutes before we even had any service, when it was even packed out in the facility! One of my guests didn’t even get to order a drink, food was cold; and burnt on some of the plates, my food taste like soap! I’ve been here on other occasions but this definitely was my last. From my observations it seems as though we were ignored and the Hispanic were catered too! I felt like it was some discrimination; this was the first time I ever felt like that in this restaurant! All my other visits I had a great experiences, that’s why I chose this establishment for my special occasions and I definitely regret it now!!!…
