The service was very good and the staff were very knowledgeable about every thing on the menu Alex cooked for us and was friendly The food was excellent and we had 3 courses

I had emailed them before to ask for a non alcoholic bottle of sparkling wine for the table as it was our first year wedding anniversary as i didn't hear back I wrongly assumed this was all good. We got there and nothing . Turns out they didn't have it which was fine but i wished they had emailed me to let me know . We arrived at 7 pm and got a choice of 2 tables right by the front door which had to be left open all evening. Steak was nothing special mine was tough then we had desserts and the mousse wasn't set and the sticky toffee sauce hadn't had to sugar cooked properly so all in all wouldn't return

Dear Lisa, thank you for taking the time to write us a review. My personal apologies about the alcohol free bottle. We usually check Open Table messages quite frequently in order to accommodate pur guests request or let them know that we cannot. We missed yours and we are very sorry about that. Great atmosphere, food and service. Had to delay our arrival by 15mins but they were accommodating to this without fuss. Will be back with friends soon

First visit to Kindling. Great food. Friendly and attentive staff. Only annoying thing was the rowdy group of guys at a nearby table, whose conversation could be heard across the whole restaurant. As they were spending large, I guess the restaurant didn’t want to intervene. Apart from that, a perfect meal. I’ll be back.

Lovely restaurant, pleasant staff, great open kitchen. Has ABC kitchen vibes (Manhattan) For the quality of food the prices are really reasonable. In my opinion by some way the best eatery in Brighton

Very nice vibrant restaurant, food very good. Quite busy not for intimate meal but good with friends. Staff very attentive. Menu good because not an overwhelmingly huge, good value for money.
