What an incredible experience. Omakase but with a Mexican flair. Went with the full Kill Bill with the drink pairing. The fish is unbelievable and each course is creative, fun and marries Japanese technique with Mexican flavors. The pairings include beer, sake, wine. Service is impeccable, attentive but not intrusive. Love the decor and the hi-fi soundtrack. Highly recommend.

La experiencia del omakase es deliciosa, la atención por parte del chef es super personalizada te explica todo a detalle, se nota el amplio conocimiento de cada uno de los ingredientes de sus platillos, el personal siempre muy atento sin hostigar. Nosotros reservamos a las 9 pm y cuando llegamos estaba lleno y si se sentía mucho ruido pero minutos más tarde ya con menos gente se disfruta muchísimo mas el ambiente. De la comida ni se diga todo es demasiado rico, de las mejores comidas que he probado en mi vida sin exagerar, la combinación de ingredientes esta tan bien pensada y la calidad de los ingredientes es extraordinaria. Sin duda recomiendo este lugar, solo tratar de elegir el horario con menos gente sería el único detalle.

Impeccable service, lovely dining experience and very attentive staff. The chef was very interactive throughout the whole dining experience and we loved every bite!
