    Everyone was fairly nice and the ambience was really great the dj and music was amazing however it was absolutely packed .I booked this reservation weeks in advance for my birthday I was unable to get a table for an hour of waiting packed in with a bunch of people.by the end we didn’t have time to sit and eat and had to leave. Because it’s so packed everyone is being pushed and shoved around by the staff and trying to move around with no space at all. Maybe try a different night.

    The atmosphere was the only thing worth the experience. Valet was too expensive. i was charged 40 dollars to park my car across the street from the restaurant. Too many items on the menu marked MP for a Sunday brunch.

    Place was so neat. The music was too loud to have a good conversation without having to yell and yell at the servers. That was annoying. Drinks were delicious and so was the food.

    Very good experience! Loved the ambience and vibe, however the table was reserved for 2 hours and we were told we had to leave after 90-minutes. Otherwise a great time

    Great experience. We got a few apps and drinks and the bulls racked up very quick. Food and drinks were all really good though, not sure if I would Spend my own money on it though. Very overpriced.

    Absolutely loved it here! Came here with my girls for my bachelorette party & it exceeded our expectations. Service was great & everyone was so friendly! The design of the restaurant is so cute & trendy. Food & drinks were delicious! If I’m ever in Miami again, I will definitely pay a visit. definitely recommend!

    To be honest, this is such a great place to go to have a good time but you are definitely going to get hustled. I don’t mind paying for everything that I enjoyed but at the same time when I ask for certain thing, especially when it comes to the type of liquor I like in my drink, I expect that and not some thing more expensive because the server was trying to scam… actually I think I saw my server one time when I had a question about the menu otherwise it was the server assistant taking care of us … Also, don’t do me any favors by “ bringing me a dessert” acting like it’s on the house when it’s obviously gonna be charged especially when that’s not the dessert you would have chose … if I’m paying for the desert I want to pick what I like! Weird as hell. The best part about the place is the music so 5 star for that …. One last thing my friend wanted a cigarette and asked where she could smoke the server took her to the water but when I asked where she was and he told me he mentioned “she could smoke at the table” so I asked why he brought her to a secluded area if that was the case he was shook … big time sex trafficking vibes … be safe u will get scammed or traded if u don’t pay attention

    *BEWARE!* We had a reservation for weeks in advance, and they turned us away because they were at capacity. Never experienced this at any establishment before. It is terrifying to think you can be coming out to celebrate a birthday and they will still turn you away. They then had the audacity to message me at 1 am THE NEXT DAY that a table was almost ready. I’m still in shock that this is a legal way to operate a business.

    We made a reservation for Kiki On The River 1 month prior to our trip to Miami for 9pm. Unfortunately, we did not get sat until 10:40pm. This is the first and only time I’ve made a reservation for a restaurant and have not been sat on time. I do not really see the point of making a reservation at this establishment, if we are supposed to wait over 1.5 hours for our table. Other than that, we got the Kiki’s Greatest Hits which was a very good deal and SO much food for 4 ladies. Would definitely recommend ordering that for dinner if you are looking to EAT. The vibes and service at this restaurant were 10/10.

    The food is disappointing. Lacks flavour, Nothing special whatsoever . Would have been more content if I booked a table just for some cocktails. Server at the dinner was very enthusiastic and great. As for the bar I could not say the same. The bartenders are horrible. Waited for half hour to order a drink each time. The place is super busy which I can understand if the bartenders are busy but that was not the case. They were on their phones talking amongst themselves instead of helping customers and trying to make some tip money. The bar is completely overcrowded and the staff constantly tells you to move to a different area in which it is not possible as the place has surpassed max capacity. I felt like an animal being tossed around from corner to corner of the venue. Simply let less people in and allow them to have a better experience . I spent over $1400 with my friends and don’t feel any satisfaction what so ever. The vibe of the place is great but the overcrowding and staff are disappointing. Wish I would have known priory as I came from Toronto to visit this place and would have have much rather tried out a different restaurant .

    We had a great experience here! We were seated on time - for a Friday night, I thought we would wait. Our food did take a bit long, however, the service that was provided took our mind off of that. Everyone was friendly, helpful and genuine. There was lots of singing and dancing from the staff, and even a magic show at our table! The food was proportioned right and came out hot! The music was loud, but it set the vibe and tone for the ambience! I would definitely return the next time I’m in town!

    Overall, it was a good experience. The ambiance and staff were amazing. The food on the other hand could've been better. I personally ordered the chicken and was not impressed for the amount of money that was spent, it should have. Obviously, I would recommend though for special occasions.

    The place was really good except one major problem. They literally sat us at a table where the previous party had spilled a coffee or tea. They didn't clean it up before we sat down. As you can imagine, we ended up sitting in the spilled drink and ruined our clothes.

    Had a horrible experience here - the bouncers are rude and turned down people for wearing ripped jeans I understand having a dress policy but places like MILA that are way nicer let people in with ripped jeans. Business casual needs to be more clear and unfair to people who travel here just for this. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

    It’s just all talks about KIKI I gave it a second chance, even though the first experience was already not good. Food for that price is veryyyyyyy blah and not even average. Drinks options are so limited and Hooka is ridiculously expensive and there’s not charcoal refill it’s a whole new hooka! Service is not that good you get lucky with one host the rest have attitudes. They treat guests as of they are not spending money there. They changed our table because “the regular customer per manager” needed that table. We moved to new table, new waiter, we asked him about our desserts and drinks, he said “I’m not your server, go get your severe yourself” I asked him nicely again can you please call our waiter for us? He replied “I told you go get him yourself” SO RUDE!!!! And guess what “the regular” never showed up the table was empty all night. They charged extra plates that we didn’t even eat, we had to send them for correction of the bill couple of times. Don’t waste your money. Sexy fish is a much better option!

    We were a party of 6. Everyone received their food except one person. That good came almost when everyone else was done eating. No apologies! A few minutes later the manager came and told us that we had to leave because our two hour limit was up. I told him that we had just finished eating and he said, okay. Your two hours are up. Very nice place, very loud music. However, food was not that great, very unprofessional, and the service was okay.

    I was very disappointed about my entire experience at Kiki on the river. The overall vibes, music, and service was decent, however the flavoring and quality of the food was not worth the inflated price. I also ordered and sent back a Hendricks and tonic, they put a lemon instead of a cucumber, and the ratio was completely off. My bill was over $350 and I ordered only 4 appetizers and 3 drinks. To add, the bartenders were extremely rude in the front and did not even glance at me to serve me a drink. Terrible experience I would not recommend this establishment for anything more than a bottled beer.

    Kiki is all about the over all experience . The view is wonderful at night unless a private yacht pulls up during dinner then the view is gone . The menu is good but overpriced . One crab cake no greens just sitting on a plate 37 dollars .. it's just over the top . Enjoyed the exceptional service and over the top decor :):)

    Food was fantastic but service was mediocre, especially for 21% gratuity already being included in the check. Waiter was nice but we had to waive him down multiple times, constantly ask for water and the seating was really uncomfortable. It wasn’t even busy when we went so although the food was great, the overall experience didn’t meet my expectations. For the money paid, there’s other places I’d rather go.
