About
We visited the restaurant anticipating "gourmet Peruvian food" but wasn't the case. The food was good and service was friendly but were not wowed or any definition thereof. We tasted a variety of foods from the menu including ceviche, tiraditos, empanadas, and jalea. With so many Peruvian restaurants in Miami, we had high expectations, this ended up being yet another ok place.
Order the sushi sub and beef chaufa, absolute must haves.
Had a reservation-restaurant empty no employees
Kiji crapo
I invited customers to lunch and we had a blast. We all shared, family style - and everyone enjoyed. Although difficult to find, the address is on the main street but the entrance is on the side street - we still would all agree to go back.
The bar wasn't open for lunch so drinks were limited to beer and wine - but we survived.
Great eclectic place
Service was great and ambiance was cool, but food was very mediocre. We liked the salmon appetizer, tuna tartare and fried rice were just ok, and our yellowtail roll was not good.
We had high expectations as OpenTable had good reviews. We ordered and waited 30 minutes for our sushi and salads. The waitress forgot one entree and when reminded she came to the table to show us what we ordered but realized her mistake and returned to place the order. That entree came after everyone had finished. We ordered a second order of spicy tuna which we had to cancel as it took to long.
Gratuity is included so not much we could do there, however manager, recognizing the delay, gave us a $ 10 discount to make up for it. I would not recommend.
Food and decor was amazing. I'll definitely be going back
