At KIEM’s dining, we invite you to experience a dynamic blend of modern Asian cuisines crafted by Chef Kiếm, whose culinary journey has spanned some of the best kitchens in Melbourne, Geelong, Aireys Inlet and Kyneton. Formerly the Head Chef at The Gin Kitchen in Aireys Inlet and Sous Chef at Fook Shing in Kyneton, Kiếm has honed his skills in bringing bold flavours and innovative techniques to every dish.

Wonderful addition to SurfCoast dining out places. The food was very carefully created and cooked - an interesting variety of South Asian styles and dishes. The “spring rolls” were the best iteration of that I have eaten in Aus…fine and crisp. With the newish liquor licence it was very convenient that nearly all the wines are available on a glass by glass basis, meaning our party of four could choose their own without the usual compromises. Every dish consumed, every drop happily drunk. Thanks for your hospitality.

KIEM’s dining was a really special way to celebrate a birthday. The food was amazing, we particularly enjoyed the chicken bao, the prawn spring rolls and the tofu curry. The staff were friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was magical. Definitely recommend KIEM’s dining!

The food was really good. The chef really understands a number of different Asian styles including Vietnamese, Taiwanese and Malaysian. This is a great little place to have in a regional coastal area. It would be great when their liquor license comes through, hopefully soon.

Great setting with laid back casual seating dog friendly outside in the covered courtyard. Under the verandah it was warm out of any wind. The food is fresh Asian inspired with delicious curries.

The pan-asian food is very flavorsome with lots of Taiwanese/Vietnamese/Thai influences and the owners/chef are very hospitable and try hard to please. The ambience is great. It is project in progress with a license pending....would be great when you can have some good beers and wines with the food.

Absolutely outstanding food and service! We had corn ribs, chicken bao, beef stew and octopus salad and all exceeded our expectations in terms of taste and presentation. Yuan was very attentive and welcoming. Will definitely recommend this place
