    Get to grips with making all your favourite sushi at our Sushi Making Masterclass! Classes last for 2 ½ hours, and include a range of sushi-making tuition, a welcome cocktail from Roku gin, and the opportunity to enjoy all of your creations in the restaurant after the class. There’ll also be plenty of opportunity to learn about the origins and history of sushi, as well as how to prepare a range of our most favourite dishes. Sushi included in the class: Futomaki Uramaki (California Roll) Hosomaki Temaki Nigiri Classes costs £50 per person, with a minimum of 9 people per class. Pre-booking and pre-payment is essential.     Delicious meal with lots of choice and lovely staff. Great ambience and they spoilt my husband (it was his birthday). We will definitely return!

    The menu is interesting and food was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I've dropped a 'star' because we had to wait a long time for our drinks. Our drinks order was taken promptly but despite reminding the waiting staff, we were over half way through our meal before our drinks finally arrived. Despite this we would certainly eat at Kibou again

    Another exceptional meal at Kibou Cheltenham last night to celebrate the end of my twin Granddaughters A Level exams! Hannah our server was absolutely amazing and nothing was too much trouble! The food was outstanding as always and we tried some of the new options and they were delicious! Thank you all so much!

    our favourite place in Cheltenham. lovely staff, lovely food, lovely bar staff, lovely cocktails. Need anything more? I am onion and garlic intolerant, I know, a pain, I wish I were not, but this place (very unusually) takes it entirely in its stride.

    We booked a table for 7.30pm And out order was taken at 7.45.We had our starter and main course within half an hour!! They literally took our starter plates away and put our main course down! No time for the food to digest at all! Won’t be going back again that’s for sure!

    As always delicious food and very attentive service from a sweet Japanese lady, very authentic! It was a bit dark in the arcade side of the restaurant, I would have preferred to be seated somewhere brighter. The teriyaki chicken, volcano roll and katsu curry are our favorites, delicious! It’s always our treat to come to kibou occasionally.
