Dive into classics such as tempura prawn California roll, salmon tataki with mango salsa and sea bream nigiri, followed by decadent shichimi chocolate tart, cinnamon & apple gyoza and traditional custard dorayaki with strawberry compôte. Priced at £23 per person - served with a choice of Japanese teas and infusions as standard – such as delicately fragrant jasmine or the sweet and nutty notes of genmaicha – green tea with toasted brown rice. Sushi Making Masterclass

複数の日付でご予約可能Get to grips with making all your favourite sushi at our Sushi Making Masterclass! Classes last for 2 ½ hours, and include a range of sushi-making tuition, a welcome cocktail from Roku gin, and the opportunity to enjoy all of your creations in the restaurant after the class. There’ll also be plenty of opportunity to learn about the origins and history of sushi, as well as how to prepare a range of our most favourite dishes. Sushi included in the class: Futomaki Uramaki (California Roll) Hosomaki Temaki Nigiri Classes costs £50 per person, with a minimum of 9 people per class. Pre-booking and pre-payment is essential.
