    Get to grips with making all your favourite sushi at our Sushi Making Masterclass! Classes last for 2 ½ hours, and include a range of sushi-making tuition, a welcome cocktail from Roku gin, and the opportunity to enjoy all of your creations in the restaurant after the class. There’ll also be plenty of opportunity to learn about the origins and history of sushi, as well as how to prepare a range of our most favourite dishes. Sushi included in the class: Futomaki Uramaki (California Roll) Hosomaki Temaki Nigiri Classes costs £50 per person, with a minimum of 9 people per class. Pre-booking and pre-payment is essential. So if you’re looking for a fun event in Cheltenham, where you can learn a new skill and learn how to produce some of your favourite dishes, then head of to our new Cheltenham sushi making class.

    This was my second visit, and I am just as impressed as the first visit. The restaurant is well played out with beautiful decorations, and has an elegant yet relaxed feeling and vide. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food menu covers a range of different types of dishes, and the food is well presented, fresh and tastes amazing. KIBOU is quickly becoming my favourite restaurant in Cheltenham. Thank you to all the staff.

    My partner and I eat at Kibou for any celebration we can come up with as the quality and value are so consistent that we always know we will get delicious food and efficient service. The menu might be a bit daunting for for first timers as the choice of dishes is extensive so I highly recommend having a look at the menu before you go. We have a mixture of all sorts of dishes and enjoy the prospect of trying new ones because we are sure they won’t disappoint.

    Asked to leave immediately after paying with a service charge included! No other customers were waiting, it was 9:45pm but as soon as I paid the server returned asking for the table back, we had drinks left to finish! She then returned again offering a table at the front of house. Felt quite insulted at this stage so left with unfinished drinks. Had I known this was about to happen I would have requested the service charge was removed. On arrival at the restaurant, waited for several minutes before we were greeted, then shown to the worst table in the restaurant with the greeter walking off without a further word. Table was booked well in advance but given the worst table next to the kitchen pass with staff and customers constantly brushing past. Drinks took 10 minutes and had to be chased up. Food was fine but not as good as it used to be. Won’t be going back.

    Fantastic food and fantastic service - our waiter went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect evening - he explained all the dishes and then even surprised our daughter with a slice of delicious dessert to celebrate her graduation- a very special evening thank you - we will definitely be back!! The dishes we chose were all delicious!

    Amazing Japanese restaurant, must be the best in the UK outside of London. Had an amazing meal last Saturday (family part of 6). Highlights for us were the prawn tempura, volcano rolls, bluefin tuna chutoro and pork ramen.
