Get to grips with making all your favourite sushi at our Sushi Making Masterclass! Classes last for 2 ½ hours, and include a range of sushi-making tuition, a welcome cocktail from Roku gin, and the opportunity to enjoy all of your creations in the restaurant after the class. There’ll also be plenty of opportunity to learn about the origins and history of sushi, as well as how to prepare a range of our most favourite dishes. Sushi included in the class: Futomaki Uramaki (California Roll) Hosomaki Temaki Nigiri Classes costs £50 per person, with a minimum of 9 people per class. Pre-booking and pre-payment is essential. Amazing dinner! Was booked for both my and my partners birthday and it was perfect. Great touch with the photo taken at the end for our birthdays. We will definitely be back☺️

My family took me out for my birthday. It was lovely. The food was incredible. At the end of the meal the waitress brought a slice of the most heavenly chocolate cake with a sparkler. I will probably visit regularly now. Incidentally the raw tuna was as good as it is in Japan. You will have a repeat customer. Thank you to all the staff.

We had a wonderful meal at Kibou yesterday lunchtime. We took our two children (boys aged 10 and 8) for their first experience of Japanese/Sushi. It was a huge success. The food was delicious and the staff enthusiastic, knowledgeable and attentive. I have coeliacs disease and felt very comfortable with their level of knowledge and variety of options available to me on the menu. We will be back!

This was my second visit, and I am just as impressed as the first visit. The restaurant is well played out with beautiful decorations, and has an elegant yet relaxed feeling and vide. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food menu covers a range of different types of dishes, and the food is well presented, fresh and tastes amazing. KIBOU is quickly becoming my favourite restaurant in Cheltenham. Thank you to all the staff.
