   The food was awesome. The service was also good. I only take issue with the lighting, I get they're trying to create ambiance but it could be a little brighter. Also, on a breezy, rainy day, the door could be kept closed.

   we were psyched tontry the food here/ so we ordered a bunch of appetizers and mains to share. our appetizers never made it to the table. it was mothers day dinner for 4- so while the servers were all very kind it was a bummer. the place is great, we loved the menu, and i'd definitely give them another chance.

   For my dinnrt at Khe-yo in Tribeca, I had a mixed experience. We tried the crunchy coconut rice balls with sausage that seemed authentic. For entrees, we tried the pork belly lettuce wraps and chili prawns with toast, both bursting with flavor but not excessively hot in spice level and expertly cooked. The chile cucumber infused vodka was also a unique and refreshing drink choice. However, while the service was prompt, it lacked politeness. Staff seemed rushed and inattentive, which detracted from the overall dining experience. They did not wait to hear our responses when they asked questions.

   Khe Yo is a great alternative to regular american fare. food is fresh, just right in spice and good portions

   Everything was tasty/good, but nothing mind-blowing, and price points high for what it is. Tried a variety of dishes: chicken laap, pork spring rolls, Brussels sprouts were delicious! Rest were good/decent: papaya salad, hangar steak stirfry (should specify it contains noodles), pad see ew (prawn noodles), chili prawns, and pork curry noodle…found dishes to be noodle-heavy. Person clearing table dropped utensils on my lap & suede jacket and noticed, but didn’t apologize/acknowledge at all.
