Great food and great service. Love this place. The beef jerky and coconut rice are stars on the small plates. Had the sea bass special as well and cooked perfectly.

We loved the whole Bronzino with lettuce wraps! The papaya salad was on the salty side but fresh. Will come back to try more dishes.

The service was pretty poor. Our food took a very long time. We asked for a few things and we only got it after we finished with our meal, after I asked for it 3 times.

I’m a foodie. I was born in Thailand. I love Lao/Thai food. I order it in every city and country I visit. This was NOT good. If you know your papaya salad, you know the difference between Lao and Thai papaya salad. The papaya salad was NOT Lao flavor. It’s was not even good Thai. The food was bland, did not hit the home cooking cravings, and the menu was very limited. If you are a true Lao/Thai food lover, you will be disappointed. If you don’t care, then you will probably enjoy it.

Our second visit but disappointing this time. Indifferent service, bottled water not cold, dishes with old, dried-up lettuce, over cooked fish, and so on. Not offering the best in Laotian cuisine.

The fried whole fish was well worth its price. Fresh and perfectly done. The other dishes - coconut rice balls, papaya salad - were less noteworthy (my wife comments that the papaya salad was over-slathered with fish sauce). We ate at the bar, and the bar tender was busy but attentive, helpful and a little cranky (which I personally enjoyed).

The food was excellent! I am mostly vegetarian (pescatarian, really) so ordering wasn’t easy but our server was helpful. I will step out of my vegetarian box for sustainable seafood. I ordered the branzino and is was fantastic! If you are strict vegetarian your choices are very limited. Most of their broths are fish based. Excellent sticky rice! The flavors were so yummy! Highly recommend.

Food was fantastic, especially the pork belly. The menu is split into small and large plates so the waiter gave us recommendations on portion sizes after we ordered, which turned out to be on point. The pricing is listed as $31-50; I think the average should be a bit higher (maybe $50-75pp).

Very good food served in a casual atmosphere. Highly recommend the pork belly and the spare ribs. The sticky rice is superb. The curry is also very good albeit a bit too many noodles and not enough meat, but definitely filling and delicious. The drinks are a bit overpriced, but the food is not in my opinion. Second time here no disappointment, will definitely go back and strongly recommend.

Everything about this establishment was excellent. The one thing that I would recommend is that the bar stays open past 930 or whenever they close so someone can have a drink afterwards

My wife and I were in for dinner Saturday night, and while the food was delicious the experience left a lot to be desired.

All of our food came out within 5 minutes of ordering, yet our drinks took almost 25 minutes. Granted, our server told us the bar was backed up but then our food should have been delayed to enjoy our drinks with them.

When each dish arrived, there was no explanation of the food we were about to eat. And when we asked about the status of our drinks, we were met with a bit of attitude by the manager.

We were in and out of the restaurant I'm 45 minutes. Shortest dining experience I've had.

Look the food was great. The quality of the preparation and taste was top notch, and the prices reflected that. However when paying a certain amount of money for food, you should receive service that matches it. Food shouldn't be ushered onto your table without your drinks, and we should have been able to casually enjoy the meal. Instead we felt like we were at a fast food joint. Would not eat here again.

Overall food was well prepared, snaring menu, portions are decent size. Staff well versed in recommending how much additional or if less food is needed depending on groups appetite. Small menu with breadth of choices making it somewhat quick and easy to place groups order.

Obsessed with this place! Very special atmosphere, cute and trendy interior but doesn't try too hard. Sweet staff, creative menu - Marc Forgione never disappoints. Extensive wine list (although they tend to sway to the sweeter side) and cocktails too. 2 small plates and a 1 large was more than enough for 2 people. Love love love and will definitely be back!
