Khe-Yo never fails with its incredible food and fantastic service! Every time I bring friends with me, they become immediate fans of the delicious, Laotian cuisine!
Food is phenomenal. However, it's very crowded and noisy, but it's worth it as it just tastes so good.
Great food, great waiter, he gave a great recommendation, but really really loud.
Food was tasty. Cocktails were so so. We got the shrimp dish, salmon, beef jersey, some pork dish, some lobster dish, sticky rice and Brussels sprouts. Service was good. Would go back.
Excellent food and very friendly and helpful staff.
Everything was delicious and the service was flawless.
We liked pretty much everything about this restaurant. The only thing that was a bit off was the service. Our waiter seemed to have no idea what he’s doing. It felt a bit weird when he talked to us.
The food was good and the ambiance was nice, but the jumbo shrimps my friend ordered were overcooked.
I’ve eaten twice at Khe-yo. First for lunch which was wonderful and then for dinner which was overpriced and underwhelming. When you order a shrimp dish for $32 you expect to get more than 3 medium sized shrimp. I’m not expecting to be stuffed and I know that good ingredients are not cheap but this is not acceptable and I won’t be coming back.
Try the crunchy coconut rice. You can thank me later.
Great food and a good deal for restaurant week. Looking forward to exploring the eclectic menu next time
Food was poorly cooked
The place is cute, the food is uneven but tasty. I was meeting a dear old friend and wanted to talk. I specified in my reservation that we wanted a quiet table.
The restaurant was mobbed. It was unbearable screaming-decibel painfully loud inside, so loud we couldn't hear each other or the server. We moved to an outdoor table on a rainy night. The table was metal and too small for the dishes. Water dripped from the table. I expected to get a whole fish ($68 entree) in my lap.
We would have liked the restaurant in spite of the high prices if the noise level had been tolerable, the seating comfortable, more generous table size. Our waitress was clearly doing her best to keep up.
We chose to leave after the entree and go elsewhere for coffee and dessert and conversation.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We all ordered the Restaurant Week Menu and without exception, everyone of us had great food. Will definitely come back one day.
Spicey food. Limited vegetarian offerings. Brussels sprouts not offered at dinner. Fish ok. Sticky rice is not my thing.
Excellent food, nice, large, comfortable space.
We wish we could have tried everything on the menu. We knew it was going to be good when they brought out the sticky rice and bang bang sauce (warning: very spicy!). Overall, great meal.
Quality ingredients and great cooking. Some of the best fish dishes around. All for reasonable prices. Friendly service. Quite professional.
Great Lao food the restaurant food menu was decent. It is a little over price for Laos food
The noise level is too loud to have a decent conversation. Table are packed too closely to each other.
I have been here a few times and the food is not as good as it used to be. The coconut sticky rice was too sweet and did not have enough sausage in it. The ribs were tough and the green beans that came with the ribs were too sour as well.
The bartenders and host staff were extremely accommodating and very nice in general. The food was amazing and full of flavor. I would definitely visit again.
everything was really delicious! we ordered one of each item on the prix fixe menu and enjoyed it all!
Really had a great time! The service was excellent our waiter Kiara was delightful. We will definitely be coming back.
Nick was an awful host. All our food came out at one time, I understand the concept of dishes coming out ‘when they are ready’ but assumed there would be some staggering, especially between appetizers and mains - meaning not all with in five minutes.
We politely asked our waitress if the large plates could be taken away, or at served at least after the appetizers and she was very accommodating. Then Nick showed up and told us that wasn’t going to happen and we were told to leave. Lots of questions? We do to. Thanks Nick.
Oh and then he told opentable we were a no show.
We’ve been happy customers for five years. Not anymore.
Delicious, value-for-money food in ambient surroundings. Thr ribs were outstanding!
Food is fantastic. Ate at the bar. One bartender was a complete jerk. Everything else was excellent.
The bartender needs to find another job. He is not a people person.
We went for restaurant week, which was the first mistake, but then all of our food, appetizers and entrees came out of the kitchen at once. Then we waited a full 10 minutes for our bottle of wine. The curry shrimp was more sugar than spice...and there was only 6 small shrimp in a huge pile of rice.... We were hoping for more authentic south east Asian style food and we left seriously disappointed.
Always have a lovely meal and a great time at this restaurant
I ordered the shrimp bowl for lunch and got 2 pieces of shrimp on my plate!
Great service and a very tasty restaurant week lunch.
Delicious Laotian food - highly recommend for south-east asian food lovers. Beautiful space, and great drinks menu. Highly recommend
A real Discovery on Korean cuisine!
Fried Lyon staff, explaining the menu, and the plates.
Great food! Very unique and interesting. I am from Southeast Asia and I had not tried some of these dishes before. The pork belly rolls and the prawn curry were excellent. The papaya salad was great too, although quite spicy! (in fairness, the waiter did warn us thoroughly beforehand).
Amazing food and accommodating staff. Our friend has an onion allergy and the kitchen went to great lengths to modify and be aware.
Fuimos por casualidad y nos sorprendió muy gratamente.
El ambiente muy agradable y todo lo que comimos nos encantó.
Un estupendo restaurante para comer comida asiática.
Very nice and enjoyable!
Server was really hot but didn't respond well to my come-ons. Will give it another try when I come back
Delicious. From sticky rice to sticky fingers. We loved the crunchy coconut rice, the pork belly rolls, and the pork noodle curry. Yum! So tasty.
Visited for lunch. Small portions for the prawn lunch special as we only received two prawns, but food was delicious.
