Great specials and signature tempura asparagus. Seafood always good here
We go to Keys on the Green regularly. However, the price for Mothers Day was not good value. Some food on the buffet was over cooked and some cold. Nothing was worth the prices charged.
Service was average at best. We were unaware of some choices(like omelettes) until after we had gone thru the buffett. Waitress had not informed us of any choices other than the buffett.
We have been at your establishment prior to Easter and really enjoyed it. Easter Sunday our reservations were for 4:00 p.m. We arrived at 3:45 and was shown to our table. Someone gave us menus and the waitress quickly grabbed them from us and related that there was a buffet only for $45 a person which was considered a brunch. We were expecting a "dinner" at that hour of the day. The buffet table had heated dried up items. The salad/shrimp/fruit were fine. There had been ham but it was all gone just scraps. The prime rib however was outstanding. There were scalloped potatoes that were brought out after we arrived that were not done...very hard. Desserts were nothing to brag about. My husband liked their carrot cake however. It was an all you can eat buffet BUT they started breaking it down before we were done eating and carrying dishes to the kitchen right where we sat. Not pleasant! They should have waited until all their guests had left the restaurant. I failed to mention we weren't the only people there. In summation I felt rushed through my experience there and will not do a buffet there again. We felt that for "leftovers" that had been there all day and heated beyond their existence that $45 was very pricey.
Wonderful service and the perfect atmosphere for the mountains. The wait staff was attentive and professional and the food was good.
We were at Keys On The Green on Easter Sunday. The food was excellent as was the service. However I was surprised by the price - about $130 with tip for two of us. I had checked their website prior to making the reservation. They didn't mention a brunch or its price of $45/person. Their on-line menu had items in the $12 - $25 range. So we were expecting a bill more in the $50-75 range. Their website could use some attention. It doesn't mention hours nor special events and pricing to help people plan and anticipate the prices. As mentioned, the food was wonderful and the service was top-notch. We'll try to go again sometime for an off-the-menu meal.
Almost left before we got started!! Arrived at time of reservation with party of 5.... Host was on the telephone. I could tell he was trying to end the call to greet us. Another Gentleman came in by himself, and walked up to the counter and when the host got off the phone, he addressed this Gentleman first and went ahead and sat him completely ignoring our party. Very rude!!! He might have been a regular but the restaurant almost lost a party of 5!!
Food was very good. Service was fairly quick with drinks replenished quickly. We were seated next to the door to the mens room (very cozy seating) and there was a strong breeze blowing in through the door.... a VERY COLD strong breeze...... this should be addressed, as it was very distracting.
The Waitress was very nice and did a great job taking care of us.
We had 11 in our group. The service was very good. The server was very patient and accomodating. Our food came out of the kitchen close to each other, and the food was great. The only thing that they could have done better was to divide up the check per person. To not do so took much longer for the guests -- and I think the server. These reservations were made weeks ago, so they knew a large group was coming well in advance; therefore they had the time to figure out a better method for payment.
Second time at Keys, and once again my wife and I had an excellent meal. It was a quiet Sunday night which was perfect for us. The ambience in the main room is wonderful, with a giant stone fireplace, warm lighting, and Colorado photography and artwork on the walls. We both had steaks which were cooked exactly to order, and our starters, beet salad & artichoke heart, were excellent as well. To top it off, an Irish cream creme brulee, which was perfectly decadent. All in all, a 5/5 dining experience and we look forward to returning again soon.
Went there for Burger Night! Everything about Keys is exceptional!!
In a word, PERFECT. Portions were moderate but taste was outstanding. Our server Doug was a real gentleman and kept things moving along at a nice pace. No wonder we keep going back.
We had a wonderful St. Patrick's Day meal of Corned Beef and Cabbage topped off with a great desert of Bailey's Crème Brule. Probably the best Corned Beef we've ever had!
Great ambience, service was fabulous & the food superb. I had a great Cosmo & dessert, creme brulee, too
Made a reservation through open table drove an hour to enjoy a good meal to find they were closed for an event. Should have been contacted or unable to make a reservation if the time was unavailable
First time at this restaurant. Ambiance is charming, service excellent and the food was exceptional! We will be back!
We love Keys on the Green! We've been there for several of their "Burger Night" specials. We also enjoy the owner of Keys! He quietly passes through and makes sure everyone if take care of. He's the best!!
Just delicious and great service!
This place is wonderful! Wonderful food, service and price! We started our brunch with a complimentary mimosa. Keys on the Green continues to exceed our expectations...thank you.
Friendly, attentive service, food was great. Anxious to come back and try something new
Fabulous food and ambiance! We will return for dinner with out of town guests.
Great meal. Friendly and attentive service. Dessert was the highlight. Definitely will make this one if my go to restaurants.
Entering late in the service (1930) it meant that the fixed menu was old. We each had something different where one meals was outstanding, however the other was not as god as it seemed not so fresh.
Limited menu for Valentines Day which wasn't mentioned so all 3 of us ended not getting what we wanted and had to pay double the price for what we did order. Staff was overly stressed so service was poor. Disappointed as I took my daughter's for a night out and none of us enjoyed the experience
We had a wonderful Halibut meal I had the Green Salad and my wife had the Ceaser Salad, both very well made. We always enjoy Keys. Gabriella is a terrific waiter. One can't go wrong with her recommendations. They also have a nice selection of fine wines.
Lovely dining ambience, especially on a cold night. Great bar, great staff, great food, great value, who could ask for more. Our “go to” place for an assured wonderful dining experience. It’s where we always go when we have out of town company. Thanks Keys for being so dependable.
The ambience is a wonderful reminder of the old Evergreen. The food and service were just right. We had a lovely time.
The food was delicious, and the service excellent. What a great place to spend an evening enjoying a meal with friends!
This was our first time going to Keys. The food was good but service was slow. It may have just been our server. It was a busy evening but it was fairly quiet and relaxing. Although the overall value was middling, we would go back.
This is our local favorite and a authentic Colorado place to take people visiting. The Oso Bucco is devine and their Prime Rib is awesome. Fireside dining at it's best and great happy hour process on aps.
Don’t be fooled as it is a golf course. Excellent dining in a historic mountain location. Prime rib cooked to prefectuom.
We went on New Years Eve for dinner, and we were seated on outdoor furniture with tablecloth, would of rather of had the high top table they normally have there. Food was good, except the veggies were from frozen. For the price they should have served fresh veggies. Everything thing else was great. I had the filet and it was cooked just right.
Wonderful Colorado ambience, excellent food, reasonable pricing, very personable and warm service. Our children were back for Christmas and we had a wonderful dinner at Keys on The Green. Look forward to going back again
We were disappointed to learn that they had a limited menu at $60/plate which turned out to be quite costly for a family of 4. We probably had not have gone had we known that. But food and service were good.
We have been to this restaurant several times and enjoyed our evening. Service and atmosphere were great, however they had a set menu for Christmas Eve and it was just mediocre. We were also placed right next to the entry to the men's bathroom with a freezing cold breeze on my back and legs. We had booked our table about 3 weeks in advance....
the food was great on 12/24 ... however, when we were seated on the outdoor deck furniture with white table cloths ... it took something away from the evening with the iron tables and chairs becoming an uncomfortable experience when compared with the quality of the the food served. I expected more comfort from a $60/person menu.
Have been going to Keys on the Green for Sunday brunch and lunch for many years and always have a great experience! The only surprise was a pre-fixe menu (with high prices) for Christmas Eve which we didn't know about in advance. We made our reservation the day after Thanksgiving, so granted, it was early, but it would've been nice to be aware of the pre-fixe menu.
Rustic dining at its best. The Alaskan salmon was a bit dry and the fare was pricy.
Super cute spot in Evergreen! Good selection, not overpriced and beautiful location. Thank you for a great birthday lunch!
Eaten here 200 times over 25 years.
In a word “consistent”.
Completely decorated for Christmas and always a wonderful place to go in Evergreen
This has been my "go to" for years, I love showing off this cozy place to my friends.
