I have been there before and had excellent service and very good food. Unfortunately this Sunday our waitress for some reason which I feel is Management's fault put our waitress on outside and inside Duty. We seem to be her only inside table which meant we never saw her. I could see how busy she was so we did not put that on her. I honestly feel a waitress should not have inside and outside tables like that. To start with our alcoholic beverage sat on the bar for a good 15 minutes when I walked up to the bar asked if that was ours andrequest a new one be made. Then it took a very long time for our food to come. I ordered a crab cake Benny and my poached egg was more like a hard-boiled egg by the time we got our food it was cold. We chose not to send anything back because we had sat there for so long as it was that we just wanted to leave at that point. We brought our Aunt there for her birthday and I must say it was one of the worst experiences we have had there. Our waitress was extremely apologetic very nice but it was not her fault that she was pulled outside
Great place to have drinks and watch the sunset. Food was average. I had the tuna tacos. the combination of flavors was good, but tuna lacked flavor and missed the mark.
My two adult kids and I enjoyed the Sunday Brunch menu: Fried Chicken and Cheesy Grits, Crabby Eggs Benedict and Cream of Crab Soup (appetizer) and steak tips entree. The beignets were also great. Just one suggestion: the soup could be served a bit hotter! This was our third meal at Ketch 22 ... good menu & service. We'd love to return on a nice, sunny day and sit outside on the deck!
Staff was uncooperative on seating preference which resulted in increased noise level for us.
Servers confused as to who had our table which resulted in slow service.
Menu lacks entree choices. Tacos are not an entree.
Caesar salad not available. Cucumber salad is sliced cucumbers, not a salad.
We’d stopped in on two previous occasions for cocktails (love the bartender? Annabelle), but this was our first time actually dining there. It did not disappoint! Sunday Brunch was amazing. Peach & Pear mimosas were really good (my favorite was the Pear). I had the American & he had the crab omelette. I like my eggs scrambled dry. He likes his soft. Both entrees were perfect. We topped it off with an order of beignets. Soooo good! Ashley, our server was great! Thanks to Sam for checking I’m on us from time to time. We’ll return for dinner soon!
This was our first time at Ketch-22 and also Kentucky Derby Day, immediately after the race. It was very crowded. Perhaps more than they expected on a Sunday evening.
Our food was excellent, and the layout of the restaurant is open and pleasant.
The service was terrible. Long waits for everything. A bus girl brought our dessert, but the waiter didn't show up with our coffee for another 10 minutes or more. Then asked for cream and sweetener, which he hadn't brought. He came back with just cream. Had to ask again for sweeteners. There were similar lapses earlier, throughout the meal. Fortunately, we weren't in any rush.
We think they may have been caught a bit flat footed by how many people showed up to watch the Derby at the inside and outside bar areas, and perhaps this was a new waiter, who was not used to handling an unexpected rush, though we note, the issues with serving dessert and coffee were after the crowd had died down. We'll give them another chance.
Food wasn’t very good.
Drinks were good.
Nice to sit outside in warm weather.
Lonna does a great job at the bar! Great food!
Outstanding food, great atmosphere and such a fun place to hang out and enjoy an evening out.
Great hummus and green goddess salad so yummy and fresh! Great food overall and they switch it up which is always something to look forward to.
Fantastic place! My husband and I are so glad we discovered this gem. We sat outside, right on the water and enjoyed their delicious food (get the cinnamon bun!), excellent cocktails and a really friendly and genuine staff. Highly recommend!!
Food very good. Russell, our waiter could use some training. They were very crowded; bartender clearly overwhelmed. Out of Hendrick’s and Bombay Sapphire so could not have favorite drink. We love The Point and decided to try this place for third time.
Great location and good food. Loved sitting outside and seeing the water and the boasts.
Love the fried pickles on the appetizer menu. SOOO Yummy!
Very nice but way too noisy for me. Hopefully we can sit outside once the weather warms up. Our server Josie, I think That was her name, was excellent!
